Δηλαδή,  οι  164  Βουλευτές  εφόσον  τους  απάλλαξαν  έγιναν  και  επίσημα  «προστάτες»  της  διαφθοράς  και  των  όσων  Ελλήνων  Πολιτικών  που  τσέπωσαν  τις  ΜΙΖΕΣ των εκατομμυρίων Ευρώ,   Αξιοσημείωτο  είναι  ότι  το  περιεχόμενο  της  Συμφωνίας  με  βάση  τα  όσα  μας  έχουν  ενημερώσει  …  και  δημοσιοποιήσει  τα  ελληνικά  ΜΜΕ    τα  οποία  γράφουν  για  διαφορετικούς  όρους  από  αυτούς  που    δηλώνουν  οι  Γερμανοί  της  Siemens  στο  εξωτερικό.             Και εδώ το ΔΟΥΛΕΜΑ … 

The GR government reached an out‐of‐court settlement with the German company, which has been accused of  bribing  Greek  politicians  in  the  past  to  secure  lucrative  contracts  through  its  Greek  branch,  Siemens  Hellas.  Apparently Siemens is waving the 80 million euros that Greece owed for previous projects and has also pledged  to contribute 90 million euros to public programs to combat corruption and towards good causes. The company  is also getting set to invest 100 million euros in Siemens Hellas and another 60 million euros in innovation.

Today, the Hellenic Parliament ratified the settlement agreement between Siemens and the Greek State. This marks the beginning of a new chapter in Siemens' long history in Greece. The Greek Government's commitment to foster growth was one of the pillars on which this agreement was based. This agreement will allow Siemens to continue to be a real supporter. To this end, Siemens will explore actual and substantial areas of investment in Greece, with special emphasis to sectors which increase employment and support the economy. In total, this settlement will reach approximately 270 million Euro. In this context, Siemens waives claims of €80 million that concern implemented projects and the delivery of equipment to the Greek State. Siemens will dispense up to the amount of 90 million Euro for transparency initiatives and anti-corruption programs, as well as for academic and research programs that aim at enhancing Greece's competitiveness. Finally, Siemens will spend over €100 million, in order to enhance its activities in Greece and preserve a significant number of jobs in the local market. S IEMENS SETTLES G REEK BRIBERY CASE - REPORT

(Reuters) - German industrial conglomerate Siemens has settled charges of bribery with the Greek government, German paper Sueddeutsche Zeitung reported, citing unidentified people within the company.
The settlement of the charges, which accused the company of bribing officιals, politicians and business partners, has a volume of at least 340 million euros ($451.28 million), including investments in the country and forfeiting open bills, the paper said. Greece will give Siemens permission to take part in all public tenders in return, it said. The Greek parliament still needs to approve the settlement, the paper reported. Siemens was not immediately available to comment. Siemens has been facing allegations of bribery in several countries and in December U.S. prosecutors charged eight former executives with paying $100 million in bribes for more than a decade to Argentina officials to help win a $1 billion contract to produce national identity cards.
