Caring for families

Our employees have access to a range of benefits to support their families, including health care and mental health resources, a network of childcare and eldercare caregivers, and discounts on select daycare centers. We provide free resources for parents of children with autism, ADHD, and developmental disabilities, and adoption assistance for qualified domestic and international adoption expenses, including attorney fees, court costs, and travel.

Parental leave

We offer up to 20 weeks of fully paid leave for eligible birthing parents, including four weeks of pre-partum leave and a Ramp-Back program—benefits that are among the most comprehensive in any industry. We also offer adopting parents up to six weeks of paid parental leave and offer a leave-share program that provides six weeks of paid parental leave to a spouse or partner who doesn’t have access to parental leave through their employer. Plus, our Ramp-Back program supports birthing parents as they readjust to work schedules as new parents by letting them gradually shift back to a full-time schedule over several months.
