Shop with Points - Amazon Store Card Rewards

Amazon Store Cardholders may see redemption of reward points for purchases referred to as "Shop with Points". Shop with Points offers customers the ability to use rewards points earned from a variety of rewards programs for purchases at Amazon.com. You can use points to pay for an order at Amazon.com in the same way that you would use any credit card. There is no fee for using your eligible points at Amazon.com.

You can redeem your rewards points for millions of eligible products at Amazon.com. At this time you cannot redeem rewards for certain purchases at Amazon.com including Amazon Kindle downloads, digital music, Amazon video titles, Amazon Appstore apps, AmazonFresh items, Subscribe and Save items, Pre-order items, Textbook rentals, Amazon Allowance or to Reload your balance (Gift Cards). Please note that currently you may not be able to use a one-click option to purchase products using your rewards points.

About Shop with Points Restrictions

Yes, you can choose to redeem your rewards points as a statement credit on Synchrony's e-servicing site at www.syncbank.com/amazon. Once you log in, navigate to “Rewards” page on “Rewards and Offers” tab. In the “Apply as Statement Credit” you can manually redeem rewards points as a statement credit, or you can enroll in automated statement credits by clicking on "Turn On Automated Redemption".

Once you opt in to automated statement credit redemption, your Amazon Store Card rewards points will be available to be redeemed at Amazon.com checkout until the rewards point balance is automatically converted to a statement credit. This conversion usually occurs during the 2nd billing cycle after you earn those points. If you choose to redeem any amount of the available points towards purchases at Amazon.com, only the remaining rewards balance will be automatically redeemed as a statement credit.

Eligible Prime members who apply and are approved for the Amazon Store Card will be instantly upgraded to the Prime Store Card and will earn rewards points for eligible purchases made with their Prime Store Card. See Terms & Conditions for details.

Every 1 Amazon Store Card rewards point is equal to $1, regardless of whether your rewards points are applied towards an eligible purchase at Amazon.com or redeemed as a statement credit.

You may use your Prime Store Card, Amazon Store Card, or an Amazon.com Gift Card to pay for the rest of your purchase.

When redeeming Amazon Store Card rewards points towards eligible purchases at Amazon.com, you can use anywhere from 0.01 points to the entire available rewards points balance.

Yes, you may apply any eligible promotional coupons to purchases paid for using rewards points.

No. You can only redeem rewards points for purchases online at Amazon.com.

Rewards points from multiple rewards programs currently cannot be combined. You may register multiple rewards programs at Amazon.com; however, purchases made using rewards points will be paired with the Card associated with the rewards program. Rewards points may however be combined with an Amazon.com Gift Card.

Amazon applies the amount of rewards points that you requested to redeem, then the gift card, and then any remaining balance to your Prime Store Card or Amazon Store Card account.

You can only use the Store Card and Secured Card in-store and redeem rewards points using the In-Store Code on the Amazon Shopping app or the Whole Foods Market app. Reward points can only be used in store at Whole Foods Market and cannot be used for Whole Foods Market Grocery Pickup or Delivery. To redeem, open the Amazon Shopping app and tap "In-Store Code" under the search bar, or open the Whole Foods Market app to find it instantly. Next, locate your payment method under the QR code, selecting your Amazon Store Card, Prime Store Card, Amazon Secured Card or Amazon Prime Secured Card , if it's not already selected. Then, enable the toggle under your payment method to apply all available rewards points, or tap "Edit Amount" to apply a specific portion. Then, scan your code at a self-checkout or staffed checkout lane to pay with points. You can combine Whole Foods Market Gift Cards and coupons to pay for your purchase. The points you apply to the order will be deducted from your order total and displayed as "Points" on your receipt.
