Cancel deceased mothers account
Ring customer support was zero help. My mom passed away and her credit card was charged for the annual fee. She had 2 factor auth setup on her phone. We disconnected her phone therefore cannot use the 2 factor auth. How do I request a refund and cancel her subscription when Ring C

Chime Pro Low Battery Notifications
I repeatedly get low battery notifications for the device I have named "Hallway" -- which is a Ring Chime Pro that is plugged into a wall outlet. Amazon even sends me emails telling me to buy AA batteries for this device, which makes no sense since like I said, it's plugged into a wall outlet

HIstory Removed?
After an AI/google search it appears the Ring INTENTIONALLY removed History from the web/desktop dashboard? This is terrible news. I’m very unhappy that the Event History / Timeline has been removed from the Ring website. I strongly prefer using a computer and do not want to be forced to

NetGear Armor Blocking Spotlight Cam

Additonal feature proposed to be included in Modes
This is just a suggestion but there is common issue that annoys me with modes. I would like that Notifications be included in the features so that you can turn off all or selected notifications for individual cameras in either of the modes so that the cameras will still record video but do not

Chime not ringing on motion alert
New install today of a doorbell and chime. All went well until I tested the motion detection for the chime. The doorbell recorded the motion video, but the chime didn't ring at all. It rang when the doorbell was pressed, but not with motion detection. Cranked up motion sensitivity to high and still
