Avani Solanki Prabhakar shared thisAt Atlassian, we're not just building AI tools for our customers – we're living the transformation ourselves. Seeing Atlassian on its own AI journey is one of the most energizing parts of my role and the work our teams are doing is extraordinary. AI is for everyone. Across teams, Atlassians are empowered to build and innovate with AI. From HR and finance to product and engineering, we're building an AI‑fluent workforce and creating AI‑embedded workflows with Rovo – our teams have created over 12,000 agents in just six months! This is just the beginning. I look forward to showcasing more incredible work happening across Atlassian as we shape the future of AI‑enabled teamwork together 💙 Thanks to the amazing team who brought this behind‑the‑scenes video to life! Avani Solanki Prabhakar posted thisAt Atlassian, we’re approaching AI as a cultural transformation first, and a technology shift second. With this, I'm excited to share my role is expanding to Chief People and AI Enablement Officer, leading our People & Transformations organisation. This brings together our People team, Atlassian Customer Engineering – the internal organisation powering how Atlassian itself runs (engineering, data science, research insights, customer tech support and Strategic Initiatives.) In this role, I’ll be focused on unlocking the potential of every Atlassian by pairing cultural and technology transformation together. That means doubling down on enablement and experimentation, weaving AI into essential workflows, and keeping responsible technology use and skills development at the core of how we work. I'm energised to lean into this next chapter alongside our extraordinary team, and continue shaping a future where human potential and innovation flourish together. 💙 For those of you on a similar journey, I would love to share some learnings on how to help unblock the path forward for similar transformations. Please reach out!

Avani Solanki Prabhakar shared thisThis week I had the pleasure of hosting our latest Ascent leadership cohort, sharing insights from Mike Cannon-Brookes, Scott Farquhar and fellow Atlassian leaders. Over three days, emerging leaders from across Atlassian have come together to work on real business challenges, build new relationships, and hear candid stories from leaders about how they navigate change, scale, and ambiguity. The sessions I joined were a great reminder that growth doesn’t happen by accident – it happens when you deliberately step out of the day‑to‑day to reflect, connect, and learn together. I’m incredibly proud of this group. Their curiosity, openness and ambition will have an impact well beyond the room, and I’m excited to see the role they play in shaping Atlassian’s next chapter.

Avani Solanki Prabhakar shared thisIt was great to sit down with Sally Patten at The Australian Financial Review to discuss why businesses and boards need to approach AI as a cultural transformation – not just a tech rollout. Right now, I'm focused on reshaping our teams to achieve more than ever before by: ✔️ Shifting focus from AI adoption to driving strategic use ✔️ Identifying real use cases and enabling teams in all functions of the business to experiment with AI to solve them in ✔️ Developing scalable, AI-first processes that teams will actually use in their function A highlight for me is sharing how my AI agent, Angel (named after my sweet Moodle, who makes a special appearance in the article photo!), helps me prioritise and enhance decision-making. Check out the full article here and thanks again Sally: https://lnkd.in/dANTJfGf #AI #Workplace #PeopleTransformation6 things directors can do to stop dabbling and start winning with AI6 things directors can do to stop dabbling and start winning with AI

Avani Solanki Prabhakar shared thisLast week, we wrapped a strong Q2. But these numbers are only half the story — the teams behind them are the rest. Every Atlassian teammate has contributed to our record $1M+ ACV deals and enabling teams in every craft and business function to solve real-world problems, at pace. I’m incredibly proud of all Atlassians who made this quarter possible. 💙

Avani Solanki Prabhakar shared thisI can’t believe it’s been one year since Atlassian Williams Racing came to life! 💙 From Melbourne to Las Vegas to Abu Dhabi to Sao Paolo, our first year of partnership has been filled with incredible moments, memories and milestones – on and off the track. 🏎️ The last 12 months have taught me just how many people come together alongside Alex and Carlos to collaborate for success – from pit crews to structural engineers to admin staff across the globe (and we’re extra excited to have Anthropic join the party!). The Atlassian Williams Racing partnership is a live lab for the true potential of human+AI teamwork. Rovo and our System of Work are freeing people up – to spend less time hunting for information and more time making better decisions, faster. Our second season together, building on all our shared knowledge and experiences of the first, will be one for the books. Can’t wait to see this new livery in Melbourne for the first Grand Prix of FW48!

Avani Solanki Prabhakar shared thisProud Atlassian moment. 💙 🔔 Ringing the opening bell at Nasdaq and marking 10 years since our IPO is a tribute to the people who make Atlassian what it is—our talented, globally distributed workforce (we’re almost at 5 years of Team Anywhere!). These folks built, shipped, supported, sold, recruited, led, and cared for our teams every day of the past ten years. Best of all, they’ve paved the way for the next generation of talent who will carry us into the next 100. Behind every product breakthrough is the team that made it happen. Behind every decade of progress is a culture that empowers people to do the best work of their lives. I’m so glad this is the team I’m on. 🎉 Photos courtesy Nasdaq, Inc./ Vanja Savic

Our awards program celebrates teammates who embody our values and go above and beyond, rewarding them with a once‑in‑a‑lifetime weekend – from trackside access to VIP experiences throughout the Grand Prix. It was fantastic to have our CTO, Rajeev Rajan, with us to celebrate a memorable finale and an incredible season with Atlassian Williams Racing on the grid. Huge congratulations to all our Atlassian Employee Awards winners, and huge thanks to the organisers for an unforgettable weekend. #AtlassianEmployeeAwards

Avani Solanki Prabhakar shared thisA key lesson I've learned after decades in leadership: the simplest solution is often the strongest. But simple doesn’t mean easy. Staying power in business comes from years of focus, iteration, and a commitment to delivering exactly what customers need. That slow, steady commitment is top of mind today, as Atlassian has been recognized as a Leader in the 2025 Gartner Magic Quadrant™ for Marketing Work Management Platforms. Gartner highlighted our Teamwork Collection—Jira, Confluence, Loom, and Rovo—for bringing all the essentials of modern marketing operations into one unified, AI-powered experience. ✔️ Knowledge ✔️ Communication ✔️ Collaboration When we lead with these, there’s nothing we—or our customers—can’t accomplish. I’m incredibly proud of what our team has built, and I’m grateful for the impact it enables every day. Avani Solanki Prabhakar liked thisAvani Solanki Prabhakar liked thisThe shift to an AI-Native SDLC is redefining how we think about software development — and where you stand in that shift matters. The real opportunity lies in leveraging AI as a transformative force in the development lifecycle, not simply as a smarter ChatGPT prompt or a vibe-coding shortcut. We recently brought together an exceptional group of industry leaders at our Bengaluru Salesforce office — spanning e-commerce, startups, and every dimension of the SDLC — for an inspiring conversation on AI-Native development practices. The dialogue was rich, candid, and energizing. A few themes resonated strongly across the room: 1. Experimentation is non-negotiable Failing fast and learning continuously are foundational to maturing AI-driven development models. 2. Roles are converging in unexpected ways. Engineers are moving upstream — shaping product requirements and writing specs — while product managers and designers are moving downstream, generating code and prototypes rather than traditional specs and UX mockups. 3. The mindset shift is as important as the tooling. AI-Native is a philosophy, not just a toolkit. A big shoutout to Peter Thomas Malthi SS Shameek Shroff Ravi Iyer Ashwin H. Eugene Fratkin Shailesh Kumar Balaji Ramakrishnan and Priyanka Kerhalkar for bringing fresh perspectives, experiences, and energy to this conversation. Avani Solanki Prabhakar liked thisAvani Solanki Prabhakar liked thisFew things are as rewarding as watching the ambitious mission of The/Nudge Institute come to fruition. Being a part of the Board & being a founding supporter has given me a front row seat to the incredible entrepreneurship that The/Nudge has fostered in India, in service of public good. On our 10th anniversary, I had the chance to chat with Pankhuri Shah of Project DEEP and Rakesh Sehgal of CodeYogi Foundation at the Stanford Faculty Club. It was inspiring to hear how they are impacting thousands of lives with the work they do everyday - direct cash transfer policy innovation and AI powered education for underprivileged youth. The Nudge's social entrepreneurship program has been a tremendous force multiplier with our incubator grads raising 9.3X the funding they had before the program! Cheering on this wonderful team led by powerhouse atul satija and the wonderful Sowmya Ramakrishnan running our Bay Area chapter.

You gather insights on what makes your people stay, what frustrates them, and what they value. Those insights shape the pillars of your EVP. You end up sharing messages that reflect real experiences rather than marketing lines. Now picture using data to show how those EVP pillars stack up against the market. 🔦 They highlight where you outperform competitors 🔦 They prove you deliver on what you claim 🔦 Candidates feel the difference because the story is backed by evidence, not slogans So, what's the first step to crafting a framework that feels less like a sales pitch and more like a promise you can keep? Start by auditing your existing data – employee feedback \scores, exit interview themes, and candidate experience data and then industry benchmark them. Let those numbers speak, then shape your messaging around them. Find out more in our guide: Building an Employer Value Proposition using Authenticated Data. https://lnkd.in/gfwicBGE #EVP #CandidateExperience #EmployeeExperience

Reimagining HR in an AI Enabled Organization | Closing Reflection A CHRO Point of View on What Comes Next Across this series, I have shared how AI is reshaping HR, not as a technology upgrade, but as a leadership inflection point. AI changes HR’s role from executing work to enabling decisions. It raises expectations for speed, clarity, and insight across the enterprise. But technology alone does not deliver that shift. Trust, role clarity, and capability do. When HR leaders are explicit about how roles evolve, fear gives way to ownership. When AI augments human judgment rather than replacing it, talent decisions become more consistent, forward looking, and fair. And when learning keeps pace with change, HR earns influence rather than just efficiency. From a CHRO perspective, the mandate is clear. This is not about chasing tools. It is about redefining how HR creates value in an AI enabled enterprise. That means intentionally redesigning roles, elevating capability, governing AI responsibly, and ensuring the human element remains central as work evolves. AI will not diminish HR’s role. But it will expose whether HR is ready to lead. CHRO Takeaway The future of HR belongs to leaders who combine AI powered insight with human judgment and trust. Questions for leaders Is AI reshaping HR strategy or just accelerating existing processes? Have HR roles been intentionally redesigned for this next chapter? What would it look like for HR to lead, rather than follow, the AI conversation? I would welcome continued conversations with CHROs and senior leaders who are navigating this shift and reimagining what HR can become in an AI enabled organization.

The role of India in global talent strategy has fundamentally changed. For GCCs and MNCs, hiring today is less about numbers and far more about capability, leadership depth, and long-term scalability. The most successful organizations are those designing talent architectures early—before scale forces reactive decisions. At Prometheus Consulting, we partner closely with leadership teams to build these foundations—especially for GCC setups and expansion phases where the first few hires define the future many. Sustainable growth is built on deliberate talent choices. #Leadership hashtag #TalentStrategy hashtag #GCC hashtag #MNC hashtag #HiringTrends2026 hashtag #ExecutiveSearch hashtag #PrometheusConsulting Richa SrivastavShaleen SinghRuchi Saluja

One of the clearest markers of a great executive recruiter is simple: they truly know their candidates. They remember names, journeys, and context — and they build relationships that last. Merril Mary Mohan not only epitomises this but has evolved into a true executive search architect, bringing together market insight, data, deep candidate understanding, and business acumen to shape stakeholder decisions. As part of the Decoding Executive Search Series (https://lnkd.in/gs22WxvD), we explore Merril Mary Mohan's lens on what changes when executive hiring is treated as a business decision rather than just a talent one. #ExecutiveSearch #LeadershipHiring #TalentAdvisory #ExecutiveRecruiters #LeapInc

I think a great conversation is less about the answers and more about the questions. Great questions elicit better answers. And Cindi Koetzle M.Ed Solopreneur from Human Capital Institute had some amazing ones! 🔑 Key themes we spoke about: ✅ Tackling frictions in performance management ✅ The role of AI in real-time feedback & meaningful conversations ✅ Why clarity and transparency drive organizational success Have a listen if you love untangling HR! #hr
