I have spent more than 20 years operating across technology, delivery, and commercial leadership - building and scaling data and AI capabilities in environments where performance, speed, and clarity matter.
My role is not to design initiatives.
My role is to make them work under real conditions.
That starts with decisions.
Where capital is deployed.
Where complexity is removed.
And where execution needs to accelerate.
In many organizations, the issue is not capability.
It is hesitation.
Too many priorities.
Too much alignment.
Not enough ownership.
This is where I focus.
I work hands-on to reduce friction between strategy, delivery, and execution - turning fragmented efforts into scalable systems that hold under pressure.
I have built and scaled large programs by:
- simplifying architectures into reusable capabilities
- aligning teams around clear outcomes and
- enforcing execution discipline across functions
The result is not just delivery.
It is repeatability.

- deep technical grounding
- running global delivery at scale and

This allows me to step into complex situations, quickly identify what matters, and move organizations from discussion to execution.

Use cases live. In production. Actually delivering value. First question? “𝐀𝐫𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐚𝐥𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐲 𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐂𝐥𝐚𝐰𝐛𝐨𝐭 [𝑏𝑎𝑐𝑘 𝑡ℎ𝑒𝑛 𝑡ℎ𝑒 𝑙𝑎𝑡𝑒𝑠𝑡 𝑠ℎ𝑖𝑛𝑦 𝑡𝑜𝑜𝑙]?” Not: What scaled? What worked? What did we stop? I’ve seen this pattern too often. We don’t have too few ideas. We have too many things we refuse to end. So pilots stay. A bit longer. One more iteration. One more chance. 𝗗𝗲𝗲𝗽 𝗱𝗼𝘄𝗻, 𝘄𝗲 𝗸𝗻𝗼𝘄. Most of them won’t make it. But killing them? Feels like admitting failure. So we don’t. 𝗧𝗵𝗮𝘁’𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗺𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗸𝗲. Every pilot you keep alive without a clear path… is not neutral. Work is faster than ever. Outputs look smarter than ever. Everything feels efficient. 𝗪𝗲 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗻 𝘄𝗲 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴. I saw this in a client room recently. A team presented a perfect strategy. Clear storyline. Clean slides. Confident answers. Then one simple question: 𝗪𝗵𝘆 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗼𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝘀? Silence. Not because the data was wrong. Because no one had actually made the decision. They assembled an answer. They didn’t own it. 𝗧𝗵𝗮𝘁’𝘀 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲. 𝗧𝗵𝗮𝘁’𝘀 𝗱𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗴𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆. This is the shift nobody talks about. 𝗪𝗲 𝗱𝗶𝗱𝗻’𝘁 𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗲𝗱 𝘂𝗽 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴. 𝗪𝗲 𝗺𝗮𝗱𝗲 𝗶𝘁 𝗼𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹. AI removes friction. No more blank page. No more struggle. No more forcing clarity. But friction was never the problem. It was the training ground for judgment. 𝗪𝗲 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮 𝗻𝗲𝘄 𝘁𝘆𝗽𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿: 𝗛𝗶𝗴𝗵 𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗽𝘂𝘁. 𝗟𝗼𝘄 𝗼𝘄𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽. They sound sharp. They move fast. They produce constantly. But when it matters… They hesitate. Because they’ve trained themselves to generate answers instead of making decisions. Here is the uncomfortable part: AI doesn’t just scale execution. 𝗜𝘁 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗲𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗾𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴. Good judgment becomes a multiplier. Weak judgment becomes a liability at scale. There is no hiding anymore. The best leaders I work with are doing something very different. They use AI aggressively. But they draw a hard line: 𝗔𝗜 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝘀𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸. 𝗜𝘁 𝗰𝗮𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗿𝘆 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆. They still sit with hard problems. They still make the trade-offs. They still own the consequences. Because leadership was never about producing answers. It was about standing behind them. So before asking how to use AI more… Ask yourself something harder: If every tool disappeared tomorrow… Would your team still trust your judgment? Beautiful demos. Looks like the future. It’s not. 𝗛𝗲𝗿𝗲’𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝗻𝗼𝗯𝗼𝗱𝘆 𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗸𝘀 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁: The moment you go from 1 person… to 100 people… everything changes. Because the real bottleneck was never coding. It was: ✔️ alignment ✔️ coordination ✔️ integration And AI barely touches that. That’s why the data looks like this: 👉 Most teams see ~10% improvement or less 👉 Some even get slower once complexity kicks in Not because AI doesn’t work. Because the system doesn’t. 𝗔𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁’𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗺𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗽𝗶𝗲𝗰𝗲: Real gains (20–30%) only show up when companies stop optimizing individuals… and start redesigning the whole system. But that’s hard. So instead… we celebrate demos. 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗳𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝘁𝗿𝘂𝘁𝗵: Most AI setups don’t fail because of technology. They fail because they never leave the laptop. 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝗯𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗸 𝗶𝗻 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘀𝗲𝘁𝘂𝗽 𝗶𝗳 𝟭𝟬𝟬 𝗽𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝗵𝗮𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝗶𝘁 𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗿𝗼𝘄? Companies are slowing hiring because of macro pressure. Budgets. Uncertainty. Cycles. AI is just the convenient explanation. But something else is going on beneath the surface. 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹 𝗱𝗶𝘀𝗿𝘂𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗶𝘀 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗯𝗼𝘁𝘁𝗼𝗺. 𝗜𝘁’𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗺𝗶𝗱𝗱𝗹𝗲. AI doesn’t struggle with: ✔️ learning ✔️ adapting ✔️ experimenting That’s exactly what junior talent does well. AI struggles with: ❌ coordination ❌ alignment ❌ translating complexity across layers And that’s exactly where many organizations have grown the most. So if anything… 𝗔𝗜 𝗱𝗼𝗲𝘀𝗻’𝘁 𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗻𝗲𝘅𝘁 𝗴𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻. 𝗜𝘁 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗲𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗹𝗮𝘆𝗲𝗿. Yet we’re cutting in the wrong place. We reduce junior hiring while keeping structures built for a world where coordination was expensive. That’s the mismatch. And it will show. Because the companies that win won’t be the ones with fewer people. That’s why so many AI initiatives look impressive in demos… and quietly stall in production. We looked at a very simple use case: 𝗜𝗧 𝘀𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁. Target: → remove ~30% of requests from human handling No new platform. No big transformation. Just one thing: 𝗠𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗲𝘅𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗸𝗻𝗼𝘄𝗹𝗲𝗱𝗴𝗲 𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲. Result: ~8 weeks from idea to production. Immediate cost reduction. Immediate impact. Nothing “strategic.” Nothing “transformational.” And that’s exactly the point. Because most organizations don’t have an AI problem. They have: * fragmented knowledge * unclear ownership * systems that can’t act So instead of scaling value… They scale complexity. More tools. More pilots. More noise. 𝗔𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝘆 𝘄𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝘄𝗵𝘆 𝗻𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱𝘀. The uncomfortable truth: 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 “𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗰” 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝗰𝗮𝘀𝗲 𝘀𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱𝘀, 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗵𝗶𝗴𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗶𝘁 𝗻𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝗱𝗲𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀. Real value behaves differently. It’s repeatable. It’s grounded. It works in one place… and then everywhere else. Not because it’s bigger. 𝗕𝘂𝘁 𝗯𝗲𝗰𝗮𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝗶𝘁’𝘀 𝗯𝘂𝗶𝗹𝘁 𝗼𝗻 𝘀𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗲𝘅𝗶𝘀𝘁𝘀. 𝘈𝘳𝘵 𝘤𝘳𝘦𝘥𝘪𝘵𝘴 𝘵𝘰 𝘮𝘪𝘴𝘴_𝘸𝘩𝘪𝘵𝘦𝘫𝘶𝘥𝘪𝘵𝘢𝘳𝘵

The lead in model performance? 𝟮.𝟳%. At the same time, the number of AI researchers relocating to the US has dropped 𝟴𝟵% since 2017. Last year alone: minus 80%. The capital stays. The talent stops coming. Meanwhile in Europe: 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗺𝗼𝗻𝗲𝘆, 𝗳𝗲𝘄𝗲𝗿 𝗯𝗲𝘁𝘀. AI funding hit a record 50%+ of all European venture in Q1 2026. But seed deals collapsed 𝟰𝟰%. Early stage down 𝟯𝟬%. Capital is concentrating at the top. The next generation of founders is being starved. But if we’re not funding them at the start - we won’t have them at the finish. Europe has a window it hasn’t fully understood yet. Not because we can outspend anyone. But because we are exactly what America is losing: 𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗮𝘀 𝗮 𝗱𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗹𝗱’𝘀 𝗯𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗱𝘀. The question is not whether Europe can matter in AI. The question is whether we move 𝗳𝗮𝘀𝘁 𝗲𝗻𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵 𝘁𝗼 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘇𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗺𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗻𝗼𝘄. Is Europe seizing this opening - or watching again? More than Singapore. More than the US. More than Germany. So far, a success story. But here is the part we don’t talk about: 𝗦𝘄𝗶𝘁𝘇𝗲𝗿𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗸𝘀 𝗼𝗻𝗹𝘆 #𝟭𝟰 𝗶𝗻 𝗽𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗶𝗻𝘃𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁. Behind smaller ecosystems like Sweden and Israel. Let that sink in. 𝗪𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗲 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗹𝗱-𝗰𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘀 𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗲𝗻𝘁. 𝗢𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗰𝗮𝗽𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗹𝗱-𝗰𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘀 𝘃𝗮𝗹𝘂𝗲. That’s not a coincidence. 𝗧𝗵𝗮𝘁’𝘀 𝗮 𝘀𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺 𝗴𝗮𝗽. It either holds… or it breaks. Now compare that to most work happening in offices today. Slides. Alignment. Reporting. Meetings about what others already discussed. It looks like work. It feels important. But remove it… and very little actually collapses. 𝗧𝗵𝗮𝘁’𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗳𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁. 𝗪𝗲 𝗱𝗶𝗱𝗻’𝘁 𝗯𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱 𝗼𝗿𝗴𝗮𝗻𝗶𝘇𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗮𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱 𝘃𝗮𝗹𝘂𝗲. 𝗪𝗲 𝗯𝘂𝗶𝗹𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗺 𝗮𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱 𝗰𝗼𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻. And now that coordination is disappearing. Fast. So a different question starts to matter: 👉 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗱𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗲… 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗲𝘅𝗶𝘀𝘁𝘀 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺 𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗽𝘀 𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴? Because in the end, there are only two types of work: 1️⃣ Work that creates something 2️⃣ Work that explains something For years, the second one dominated. That’s why so many roles feel busy… but strangely replaceable. This is what the shift really exposes. Not a technology gap. Not a skills gap. 𝗔 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗴𝗮𝗽. And here’s where it gets uncomfortable for leadership: 𝗠𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝗼𝗿𝗴𝗮𝗻𝗶𝘇𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗰𝗮𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗰𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗹𝘆 𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗸 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗽𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝗱𝗼… 𝘁𝗼 𝗵𝗼𝘄 𝘃𝗮𝗹𝘂𝗲 𝗶𝘀 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱. Images blending into something that feels… real. But isn’t. It reminded me of a decision I made recently. Everything looked perfect. Clean dashboard. Clear signals. Strong alignment. So we moved. Then we went one layer deeper. And suddenly… it didn’t look the same anymore. 𝐈𝐭 𝐰𝐚𝐬𝐧’𝐭 𝐰𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐠. 𝐈𝐭 𝐰𝐚𝐬 𝐚𝐥𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐲 𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐝. That’s what most organizations don’t realize: We rarely decide on reality. We decide on what survived: ✔️ selection ✔️ aggregation ✔️ interpretation In one program, this became visible. More than 70% of what leadership used was not original data anymore. It was layers of meaning. And here is the uncomfortable part. The better the picture gets… the less anyone questions it. Because it feels right. It looks complete. It creates confidence. 𝐁𝐮𝐭 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐟𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐢𝐬 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲. We are getting better and better at creating clarity. The focus was on scaling in the agentic era and I’m always so impressed to hear how Google has advanced their stack to enable organisations to build agentic enterprises. My key takeaways: 1. The Gemini Enterprise Agent Platform is a Game Changer 🛠️ The biggest challenge for enterprises is managing and governing thousands of agents. Google launched a new "mission control" for the agentic enterprise. This platform lets companies build, scale, and govern autonomous agents that act across workflows. 2. Silicon Built for "Always-On" AI ⚡ Google unveiled its 8th Generation TPUs. As AI agents move toward 24/7 continuous execution, we need scalable, reliable infrastructure on which to run those workloads. I predict a shift in the focus on infrastructure being critical for 2027. 3. From Productivity to "Agentic Outcomes" 📈 We saw some amazing real-world examples—like how companies are using Agentic SecOps to hunt for threats with 98% accuracy and how retail marketing teams are using multi-agent orchestration to automate everything from a creative brief to a finished asset.
