Vedika Bhaia shared thispeople on instagram are earning $100k from AI creators that don't exist. i made one from scratch in 15 minutes. the results are insane (giveaway in the end) trust me, it’s stupidly easy. all you need is claude + chatgpt. step 1: build the personality in claude ask claude to create a full AI influencer character document. tell it to be as specific as possible. → name, → age, → nationality, → height → body type → hair style → family background: parents, siblings, → where they grew up → career & education → income sources → where they live: apartment, bunglow download this document. you'll need it for step 3. step 2: get claude to write your image prompt ask claude to write a chatgpt image generation prompt based on that character. i wrote something like "write me a chatgpt prompt to generate an image of this person wearing a maybelline superstay lipstick in 3 variations" and shared the shade image for reference. step 3: feed everything into chatgpt upload the character document + the prompt + any reference images into chatgpt. i got my result on the first attempt. zero editing. if you want tweaks download the image > go back to claude > upload it > tell it what to change > get a reworked prompt > feed it back into chatgpt. it's that simple now. I could do it because I didn't have any responsibilities. → i lived at home with my parents → no rent, no bills, no survival pressure I has this unfair advantage so i spent that time learning. took marketing courses. put in the hours. my dad also runs a business. whenever i was stuck - clients, pricing, deals - i had someone to call. i still had to figure things out myself, but his advice saved me months of mistakes. i started The Growth Square from that position. then built social capital. did i work hard? yes. but that hard work went further because of what i already had. and i think most people have more than they realise. they just don't think about it that way. → you live at home with no expenses? stop chilling and build something. you have zero financial pressure. use those months to start something, learn a skill, test an idea. → your friends know people in your industry? call them. one intro can save you six months of figuring things out alone. → you're young with no dependencies? take risks now. you can afford to mess up. you won't always be able to. there's no guilt in any of this. it's just being smart about what you already have. make a list of every unfair advantage you have right now. then use the hell out of every single one.

Vedika Bhaia shared thisA 45-second AC ad just became a masterclass on how to market AI to india. voltas understood something most brands still don't. the ad doesn't open with a product shot. doesn't open with "powered by artificial intelligence." instead, it opens with a mom walking into her son's apartment and feeling the cool air. that's it. that's the hook. and it works because every indian household has had the exact same scene play out mom comes over, AC is running, and within 5 minutes she's asking "bijli ka bill kaun bharega?" here's what voltas got right: → they cast a real mother-son duo. ranbir and neetu kapoor aren't "acting" like family. they are family. it doesn't feel like an ad. it feels like a tuesday afternoon. → they made AI invisible. the feature is called "AI Energy Manager", it learns your usage, adjusts cooling, saves energy. on paper, that's a tech pitch. but in the ad, it's just a son showing his mom the savings on his phone and her going "oh nice." no "machine learning." no animated explainer of how algorithms work. just, it saves money. → the soft humour carries the product. the whole ad builds to the mom using the "savings" logic to justify her shopping bags. that 3-second moment does more for brand recall than any feature dump ever could. because now the product benefit isn't just understood, it's relatable. and that’s what gets shared. most brands right now are racing to slap "AI-powered" on everything. nobody knows what it means. and nobody honestly cares. voltas took a different route, they wrapped AI inside the one conversation every indian family has had since the invention of air conditioning. the electricity bill conversation. the AI disappears into the benefit. and that's exactly how it should work. when you're marketing tech to a mass audience, the tech should be the last thing they notice. comfort first. savings second. the "how" doesn't matter to 95% of buyers. the best product ads don't explain the product. they show you the life you'd have with it. voltas understood the assignment.

Vedika Bhaia shared thissomeone spent $10,000 to prove that billboards don't work. they set up AI cameras to track every person who walked past it. what they found should scare every brand still buying hoardings. they rented the highest traffic billboard spot in canada. but instead of just hoping it worked, they actually measured it. → AI cameras tracked every single person who walked past → counted real-time foot traffic hour by hour → monitored exactly how many people scanned the QR code 24,311 people walked past it. 62 scanned the QR code. $5,000 for 62 people. then they took the same $10,000 and ran a creator content campaign. → 64 million impressions → 520k likes, 161k comments → 11,000 link clicks → all in 24 hours same budget. 2,336x more reach. billboards in 2026 are dead as a standalone strategy. even in india, nobody is looking up. everyone is looking down at their phones. the only time i've seen a billboard work is when it's so funny or clever that people post it on social media. Then the billboard isn't the ad, the post about the billboard is. I get why bigger brands do it for branding but tbh idk how much ROI billboards even get them what do ya’ll think?

Vedika Bhaia shared thisif you're a freelancer or run an agency, i just have one advice for you: if you obsess over acquiring more and more customers, you'll lose them to competitors who obsess over keeping them. Let me explain. new clients feel like progress. new invoice, new logo on the website, new story to tell. but acquiring is actually the expensive part. in time, in energy, in money. 80% of our clients at social capital came from referrals. not cold outreach. not ads. just people who were happy enough to tell someone else about us. and you genuinely cannot engineer that. no process, no crm, no follow-up sequence makes someone refer you. they either want to or they don't. the only thing that makes them want to is feeling like you actually give a damn about their business. so yeah we do outreach. but most of our week is just asking: what can we do for this client that they didn't even think to ask for? that's the whole 'client acquisition' strategy.

"head of linkedin" "head of instagram" "head of tiktok" let me explain why. every platform is its own game. >linkedin rewards rewards depth. the person who knows one thing really well and writes about it every week >instagram is visual storytelling, aesthetics, short attention spans. >tiktok is trend velocity, audio, entertainment-first content. a person who's great at all three is usually great at none. when you hire a "head of social media", you're asking one person to: → understand 4 different algorithms → write in 4 different formats → build 4 different content strategies → stay ahead of trends on 4 different platforms at once obviously, the content would feel generic then instead, one brand can run multiple accounts on the same platform, each with its own identity. one account for the main brand, one for a sub-community, one for a specific content format. that's how you dominate a platform instead of spreading yourself thin across five. if you can only afford one hire - pick the platform where your audience actually is. go deep before you go wide. someone who lives on linkedin. who knows what hooks work, what gets flagged, how the algorithm treats comments vs reposts differently. the brands winning on social right now have platform-native people. like recently, ramp posted a job listing for a "redditor." not a social media manager who also posts on reddit. a redditor. someone who gets the platform natively. that's the shift. and once you go deep on one platform, you can go wider on it. that depth doesn't come from managing 6 platforms at once. it comes from obsessing over one. if you can only afford one hire - pick the platform where your audience actually is. go deep before you go wide. a mediocre presence everywhere is forgettable. a great presence somewhere builds a brand.

Vedika Bhaia shared thisi did a 3-day phone detox. did pottery, painting, meditation, journaled. felt good but also aimless. let me explain. i work from my phone and laptop. meetings, content, client work, all of it. so when i stepped away, i wasn't just off my phone. i was off work. and without the work, i felt purposeless. by day 2 it got uncomfortable. not relaxing-uncomfortable. existentially uncomfortable. what is the point of just sitting here? is this selfish? there's so much left to do. so much more impact i want to leave. i was both scared and surprised that my sense of meaning was so tied to being reachable. to producing. to moving something forward. but then i realised, it wasn't my phone i needed to detox from. it was social media. my phone is a tool. i run my business on it. that's not the problem. the problem is the 47 times a day i open instagram for no reason. the reflexive scroll when i'm bored for 30 seconds. the way i reach for it before i've even finished a thought. social media had quietly become the thing i used to feel like i was doing something. when really i was just consuming. i stuck it out. and by day 3, something quieter came through. clarity about where i want my business to go. what actually matters. what i'd been too busy to think about because i was always on. i came back more refreshed and more certain. turns out the aimlessness wasn't emptiness. it was space i hadn't given myself in a long time.
