Андрій Онищук сподобалося цеАндрій Онищук сподобалося цеWe ran an internal AI hackathon and one of the biggest unlocks wasn’t just the projects, it was how it got the team thinking about what we can build on top of the Recharge platform, and more importantly, what real value we can drive for merchants. When we stepped back, one thing became clear.... We have this amazing dataset to empower merchants: 100 million shoppers manage their subscriptions through Recharge 20,000 brands trust us ~70% of subscriptions on Shopify flow through us That’s a wild amount of data. And the big question for us is: What’s the unique value we can deliver from that scale that nobody else can? Some projects that came out of the hackathon (and are already in development): Churn prediction: 90%+ accuracy on identifying customers at risk of canceling, so merchants can act before it happens Customer value scoring: Low/medium/high value segments, both pre- and post-purchase, based on what we’ve seen across the ecosystem. Product-level retention insights: Which products drive the strongest long-term repeat sales and which ones are falling short and why Fraud customers: Who are customers that keep signing up for subscriptions and cancelling after one purchase to get the discount. These are just a few of the early ideas. But the real excitement is in the mindset shift, giving our team space to build and letting data drive the roadmap.
