It’s a really good app and has been designed really well. However I have a suggestion for a new product… ShairPods, AirPods that have a white top with regular AirPods and then on the bottom of the case black bottom half with the same design but basically a four AirPod case. The perfect AirPods to share with friends if they forget theirs. You can make Pros and Airs of them and price for higher than usual ones. Genius am I right?

I had a payment issue so I called the bank and everything was good on their side. I tried to update payment method online with no success. I called Apple support and the person was very polite but also unhelpful, they tried but they must’ve been taught what to do. I asked for someone who could help and again the were very polite and tried to help but again they couldn’t help me and didn’t know what to do. I canceled my order and there’s no way in h I’m going to try order off the Apple store again. It is a complete waste of time. I would have thought Apple would have better trained staff because that would make more money? But they don’t, they mustn’t care and make enough money with out them.

I call this my Wish app, as every time I look in it, I just wish I could buy a few more items….. new iPad Pro….new Pencil….new iMac….update to a new iphone….even like looking at the watches…..Ah well….Good app.
Apple is self defeating

I have an old iPhone which is getting to end of life. I would like to look at buying a new one. One problem, I try to open the app and I am told I must upgrade my Apple Store app but must have IOS17. I can’t upgrade so I can’t access store which means I can’t buy phone. Apple is shooting itself in the foot. Somebody in marketing hasn’t quite thought it through I guess.
