For Dynatrace Managed, it would be nice to have a configuration option to change the cluster endpoint to mibrowsers://mycluster so the “Open Problem in browser” link opens in Web@Work which has access to OnPrem resources. Currently the link will open in default web browser and launch a private url which isn’t resolvable.

Does not standup to competitors

Compared to Datadog, New Relic, and AppDynamics this app is really below market expectations. Nobody would use this for an actual on-call pager and yet that is how it is designed and built (and you can’t even setup on call rotations for it so it’s really just a push notification bot). I want to look at my critical dashboards, especially ones tied to business kpis and goals.
