My health goals for 2026 look very different to any plan I’ve had before. This time it’s not about doing more. It’s about doing less… better. Sauna sessions that force me to slow down. Gym workouts that build strength, not punishment. Yoga for my nervous system, not my ego. Long walks with no podcast, no phone, no outcome. Red light therapy beds because recovery actually matters. And lazy Sunday afternoons reading a fiction book – just for the joy of getting lost in a story. And here’s the part I haven’t said out loud much 👇 I’ve had a real addiction to stress. I’ve used busyness as a badge of honour. Work as a way to numb. And yes – at times, alcohol as a circuit breaker instead of actually feeling what was underneath. I’ve talked a lot about regulating my nervous system… But the truth is, I haven’t always lived it. I haven’t always advocated for my own self-care. I’ve coached it. Taught it. Encouraged it in others. While quietly overriding my own needs. So 2026 isn’t about a glow-up. It’s about safety. In my body. In my mind. In my life. Less adrenaline. Less urgency. Less proving. More presence. More softness. More consistency. I’m not just talking about regulation anymore - I’m consciously working on it. And I’m choosing to believe that a regulated version of me will still be ambitious… Just healthier, calmer, and far more sustainable. If this resonates, you’re not broken.
