Big day yesterday where Servly was formally announced on stage at Salesforce World Tour Sydney as part of the ANZ Partner of the Year Awards as an Emerging Partner Finalist. Servly is a new Salesforce OSP (Outsourced Service Provider) focused on verticalising Field Service for trade and field-based operators. The foundation of this model comes from scaling The Grout Guy nationally to ~$50M in revenue on the Field Service platform. Now, we’re taking that blueprint to market and aiming to give high-growth operators access to enterprise-grade infrastructure, without enterprise-level complexity or costs.
