Kathy Sudnik shared thisThis is where true transformation happens. Not just improving IT performance, but enabling better outcomes for employees and ultimately the citizens they serve. This story highlights how a unified, insight-led approach can shift organisations from reactive support to proactive, experience-driven operations. As digital workplaces become more complex, the real differentiator is no longer just technology, it’s experience. A huge credit to the teams involved and the strength of partnership with Riverbed in making this possible. Eszter Le Couteur Paul O'Brien Ali Cleary James Thomas Matt Shaw Matthew H. They just feel the impact when it's slow. By working with Fujitsu and Riverbed, the Ministry tackled this complexity head-on. Fujitsu’s Employee Experience services, powered by the Riverbed Aternity platform, gave them a single, unified view of their entire digital landscape. Kathy Sudnik shared thisThrilled to see momentum building around #sovereignAI here in #Australia. Initiatives like this highlight why it’s so important to have trusted, secure, onshore infrastructure in place to support the future of #AI. AI is only as powerful as the infrastructure behind it. That’s why we’ve built #Fujitsu’s AI Test Drive inside our sovereign East and West Coast #datacentres and it is designed to give organisations a secure, scalable environment to explore, validate, and accelerate AI innovation. Backed by the power of #NVIDIA GPUs and #NetApp’s data management technologies, our #AITestDrive provides the foundations for responsible, enterprise-grade AI from healthcare breakthroughs to large language models. If Australia is to lead in sovereign AI, the combination of trusted infrastructure, strong governance, and local partnerships will be key and at Fujitsu, we’re proud to be enabling that future. With the right mix of secure compute, trusted frameworks, and strong local partnerships, we can make sovereign AI a reality. Kathy Sudnik reacted on thisKathy Sudnik reacted on this14 years with Fujitsu. 4 years in Tokyo. 2 years as Global Head of Marketing. I've always seen career progression as being less like a ladder than a cross-trainer. Now, looking back at my journey, I see it like a tango. It has required the discipline of sharp pivots, the intuition to listen to your partners, the passion to stay on the dance floor, and the grace to lean into the next movement before the beat even drops. As I look up at the Fujitsu sign one last time, the music isn't ending. The tempo is simply changing. This journey was defined by the dancers I shared the floor with: To the executive team: Thank you for the vision that kept us moving forward. To my peers and partners: Thank you for staying in lockstep through every complex choreography. We found our rhythm in the tension between big ideas and bold execution. To my global team, my village: You are the heart of the performance. Leadership is never a solo; it is the connection we create together. Tango is rooted in a quiet, radical curiosity. A constant dialogue between where we are and where we are heading. This has been my career! I am moving on with a full heart and a sharpened sense of purpose. The floor is open. The music is playing. I’m ready for the next beat! #NewBeginings #GlobalMarketing #MyVillage #Tokyo #Fujitsu #RadicalCuriosity

A lot of the discussion reinforced what I’ve seen building Sydney Zoo’s IT environment from the ground up. Get the foundations right, then evolve as the business grows. Across different industries, similar approaches to getting data platforms right was a consistent theme. Without a solid, trusted semantic layer and proper governance, AI breaks down quickly. Thanks to Chantal Velasque for keeping the discussion flowing and bringing out a strong mix of perspectives. Genuinely humbled to have shared the stage with such a high-calibre group of leaders. Thanks again Jaya Singhal, Duhita Khadepau and Jiten Shah for the breadth of insights shared. When we talk to customers about cloud today, the conversation has shifted. It’s less about whether to move, and more about how to scale securely, enable AI, and stay ahead of the competition. What’s becoming clear is that cloud success isn’t about having a few tools in place - it’s about building the right foundation to unlock momentum across the whole business. The Spark State of Cloud 2025 report shows that while 70% of New Zealand businesses say cloud is critical to their future, only 34% are truly cloud-ready. We’re seeing that gap every day, where cloudambition is high, but the ability to realise ROI is being held back by fragmented systems, skills shortages, and underinvestment in scalable platforms. We’re seeing the most impact: when cloud maturity enables real agility, better service delivery, and faster time to value. Whether you’re early in your journey or trying to break through a capability ceiling, this report is worth a read. Check it out here: https://lnkd.in/gNFH5tFB

In healthcare and aged care, outcomes matter more than buzzwords. That’s why I’m incredibly proud that our recent project—designed, integrated and delivered by the Outcomex team—was not only successful for our customer, but also recognised as the Cisco Partner Innovation Challenge Winner for ANZ and a Global Finalist. The problem was clear: How do we improve resident safety, reduce falls risk, and support clinical decision-making without adding to staff workload? Our answer: HealthDeck & CareTrack, powered by our 365mesh IoT platform—bringing together AI-driven insights, real-time location context and continuous activity data. This gives clinicians visibility they’ve never had before: where residents are how they’re moving or resting early indicators of risk automated, accurate data to support clinical research This is innovation with purpose—not technology for technology’s sake. To leaders across healthcare and aged care who are exploring what the next generation of care looks like, this project shows what’s achievable today. If you'd like to understand how this could apply to your environment, reach out to us, we’d love to get involved.

Cadence Communications

Effective Customer Communication isn’t a ‘nice to have’ going into 2026. It’s a strategic advantage. Three reasons to prioritise a communications uplift in Australia in 2026. Compliance – CPS 230 regulated entities must be compliant by 1st July 2026. (Non-compliance with CPS 230 by the deadline or failure to remediate by 1 July 2026 can expose your organisation to APRA supervisory action, enhanced scrutiny, and potentially serious regulatory sanctions) Cost – clear messaging → fewer inbound calls → lower call centre costs. Engagement – empathetic, readable, accessible copy – differentiates your business in an increasingly competitive market. Your reputation is shaped by every interaction. If improving your customer or member communications is on the horizon in 2026, let’s talk. https://lnkd.in/gsSiYaFd #CCM #customercommunications #memberengagement

Reducing contact centre costs is possible by deploying voice agents that manage routine inquiries efficiently. Focus on response times under 30 seconds, high deflection rates, and first contact resolution improvements. By integrating with your CRM and enabling intelligent routing and agent assist, your team can handle more calls with fewer agents while meeting Australian data residency and privacy standards. This strategic move in automation can significantly lower your cost per contact and improve customer experience. Have you mapped your top five inbound call intents to leverage voice agents effectively for a two-week pilot? Request a demo to explore how automation can streamline your contact centre operations.
