If you have a kid at home, you’ve probably heard of The Itsy Bitsy World (https://tibw.com.np), a baby toys and essentials shop. I built the e-commerce website for this business when it was already running through social media. After a year, the platform now has automated logistics integration with Nepal Can Move, covering order creation and tracking. This reduced manual follow-ups, removed duplication in the process, minimized delivery errors, and made order processing predictable for the business. One key challenge was that the raw API was inconsistent across endpoints. To prevent that complexity from affecting daily operations, I built a strict SDK with clean DTOs and static analysis, keeping logistics reliable as daily order volume grows. Work like this doesn’t draw attention, but it quietly keeps the business moving.

For a few years Farzan and I have been running two SaaS products. We now decided to focus on Australian mortgage brokers. Kaddim - helps brokers collect documents. Testimonial Donut - helps brokers get more reviews. Both solve real problems. Both have paying customers. Both work. But here's what we learned: When people don't leave, you've solved something real. We kept asking ourselves: Should we chase the new shiny thing? Should we stick with what's working? Should we do both? The answer came from our customers. Kaddim users haven't churned. Not in years. That tells you everything. So we made the call: Australian mortgage brokers. Both products. Now we're building specifically for them: - Kaddim solves document collection pain - Testimonial Donut solves review collection pain - Both tailored to how brokers actually work Hindsight makes everything look obvious. But when you're in it, it's not always clear. We don't know if we have this all correct. I use Claude Code to ship my engineering tasks in weekdays, but its potential goes far beyond just refactoring or debugging code. I recently built a workflow where I can publish a complete song to YouTube using Claude Code from the CLI. The entire pipeline, lyrics composition, local AI music generation, cover art design, video assembly, and YouTube publishing,  runs from a terminal with a prompt and minimal human interaction.  What used to require coordinating across multiple tools, multiple skill sets, and multiple hours now takes minutes from a single interface.  But here's the bigger picture: this pattern applies everywhere. The same approach of chaining AI capabilities into end to end workflows is transforming content creation, marketing, research, design, and operations across industries.  We're entering an era where the competitive advantage isn't just knowing how to use individual tools. Our CEO, Sreyna Rath, just gave the keynote at DDD Melbourne 🚀 to fellow developers on "AI: It's Our Responsibility" She went for the jugular on uncomfortable truths: AI is sexist, racist, and downright dangerous. 😡 And guess what? It’s on the developers building it to fix it. She likened AI to "that brilliant jerk at work" - technically genius, but leaves a mess of damage. She called out the villain's rap sheet (DALL-E showing mostly white men for "software developer", Amazon penalizing résumés with "women’s" in them, Healthcare algorithms making Black patients 26% sicker before offering proper care etc) But THEN gave devs the goods on turning this around, from whats she’s learned building the ethical framework for Jaimee: ✅Compassionate design → Build for the most vulnerable first (curb cuts help everyone!) ✅Bias testing with personas → Test as someone different from you. If you wouldn’t ship untested code, why ship untested AI? ✅AI reviewing AI → One brain isn’t enough. Get a second opinion. On a positive note, she pointed out that Darth Vader got a redemption arc. If Vader can improve after blowing up a planet, our AI can too. Because the AI we build today will shape the generations to come. So, devs, it’s time to step up. Jerk → Jedi. Let’s do this.
