AIESEC, in strategic partnership with SAP, successfully delivered a high impact experience during EUROXPRO in Greece March 25–30, 2026. This collaboration focused on empowering university students and AIESEC members through the Business Builders experience, enabling participants to work on real business challenges, collaborate in dynamic environments, and build practical problem-solving skills. The EUROXPRO space created an engaging platform for young people to develop business acumen, strengthen collaboration, and connect their learning to real-world applications. The conference also featured a keynote delivered by Andreas Xirocostas Managing Director, SAP Hellas, who shared insights on leadership, innovation, and the evolving role of technology in shaping future careers. Special appreciation goes to Maged Elshohdi and Rosie Tsela for their instrumental role in organizing and delivering this experience. Real leadership is built backstage. 🛠️ Most people see the final event, but the real growth happens in the months of preparation. As an Agenda Manager for the Regional Presidents Meeting Europe 2025, Ana-Maria was a key part of the engine that powered the experience for 200+ attendees. Working alongside a talented team, she took on her share of the heavy lifting: 🔎 Designing the Flow: Collaborating on a 4-day plan to ensure every session delivered real results for the participants. 🤝 Supporting the Team: Helping coach and coordinate a diverse group of facilitators so everyone was ready to perform at their best. 🖌️ Building the Look: Contributing to the event’s visual style and helping create specialized sessions for local AIESEC presidents. Through AIESEC, Ana-Maria moved past textbooks. By working in this high-pressure team environment, she practiced staying calm under stress and communicating across cultures, the exact skills needed in the professional world today 💼

This collaboration was designed to empower university students and AIESEC members through 𝘉𝘶𝘴𝘪𝘯𝘦𝘴𝘴 𝘉𝘶𝘪𝘭𝘥𝘦𝘳𝘴 experiences, providing practical exposure to real world business challenges, alongside expert-led sessions from SAP professionals. The conference featured a keynote by Mohamed Samy Managing Director of SAP Egypt, bringing a SAP perspective to the space, alongside a specialized session by Hanan Abdulkarim حنان عبدالكريم, PhD vice president of HR at SAP MENA, both offering valuable insights into career pathways, industry trends, and growth opportunities within SAP. Through this experience, participants were able to directly engage with real business thinking, strengthen their skillsets, and better understand the evolving future of work.
