Communications Designer (all genders)

You’re not just designing assets; you’re shaping how Lio shows up to the world. As Communications Designer, you bring our brand to life across every touchpoint, creating a consistent, high-quality visual identity that enables teams and strengthens our category presence.

What You'll Do

In this role, you will:

• Refine and continuously develop Lio’s design language and visual identity
• Strengthen our corporate identity through consistent application across templates, presentations, and materials
• Enable teams to create CI-compliant assets by building clear templates and guidelines
• Design high-quality visuals such as presentations, banners, and marketing materials for digital and print
• Collaborate closely with Marketing and other teams to ensure a strong and consistent brand presence
  
  

Your Profile

You’re a good fit for this role if you:

• Have a strong eye for detail and high design standards
• Can translate creative ideas into clean, CI-compliant outputs
• Are comfortable working with tools like Figma, PowerPoint, and Illustrator or Affinity Designer
• Think both creatively and systematically about design
• Enjoy enabling others and creating scalable design systems
• Thrive in fast-paced startup environments and take ownership
