Role Description

You’ll be the operational and commercial owner of our webshop. That means keeping it running flawlessly day-to-day, while also driving growth through performance marketing. You’re not just a shop manager, you’re a commercial thinker who happens to love the detail work.

This is a rare opportunity: you’ll inherit a brand with real traction and zero paid marketing history yet. The upside you can build here is significant.

What you own day-to-day

• Upload and maintain products (titles, descriptions, images, categories, pricing) to a consistently high standard

  ∙  Manage and monitor the product feed to Google Merchant Center and Meta to ensure ads run without disapprovals

  ∙  Pause out-of-stock products in campaigns immediately; push new arrivals live fast

  ∙  Make sure orders are flowing correctly and coordinate with the warehouse team on any issues

  ∙  Track performance: conversion rates, return rates by product, campaign ROAS and flag what matters

  ∙  Own the product page quality: identify weak content, images, or descriptions that hurt conversion

  ∙  Work closely with our logistics and warehouse team to keep the operational loop tight

What we’re looking for

  ∙  min. 4 years in e-commerce or digital operations

  ∙  Shopify Professional

∙  Experience with performance marketing

  ∙  Understands how product feeds work (Google Merchant Center, Meta catalogue)

  ∙  Has hands-on experience with paid marketing on Google and Meta

  ∙  Comfortable reading performance data and drawing conclusions from it

  ∙  Organised, owns their work, no hand-holding needed

  ∙  Hands on person, who is digital, but also operational

  ∙  Fast mover — doesn’t let things sit

  ∙  Enjoys the detail AND the big picture
