On battery storage projects, the Technical Leader is in charge of:
Definition and management of engineering activities: electricity, civil engineering, networks and cybersecurity, system communication ;
Definition and validation of interfaces between the different products (batteries, inverters, controllers) ;
Technical offers: review of customer specifications.
Your missions
Plan and coordinate the engineering team's activities and resources allocated to the project
Manage safety/quality/cost/time criteria, risks and opportunities
Lead internal technical meetings, with customers and subcontractors
Ensure document delivery to customers
Enforce security constraints at customer sites
Ensure the proper management of interfaces on customer sites (civil engineering, cabling, network architecture, electrical protection, fire systems, etc.)
Manage battery commissioning and performance testing
Implement the product integration strategy (batteries, inverters, controllers, connection to the electrical grid)
Ensure design rules are applied to each work package
Capitalize and share feedback with the rest of the engineering department
