We are seeking a driven and high-energy Event Manager to take ownership of our growing event ecosystem. This is a high-impact role designed for a structured operator and creative storyteller who thrives on delivering participation in conferences, client events, and forums that generate real brand visibility and commercial results.
You will own :20 events in EMEA per year end-to-end — from concept and content to sponsorships, contracts, budgets, and on-site execution — turning events into a true growth engine for the business.
This role demands a “strategic doer” — someone who builds structure and processes while staying deeply hands-on in logistics, coordination, and execution.
What You'll Do 🎯
Own the Event Ecosystem: Take full end-to-end responsibility for our presence at priority conferences and owned client events — including brief creation, budgeting, sponsorship selection, venue booking, vendor contracting, merchandise, staffing plans, and on-site coordination.
Commercial Ownership: Manage budgets in Excel, track POs and invoices, and deliver events within tight financial guardrails while optimizing for measurable ROI.
Content & PR Integration: Partner closely with PR and Marketing to shape event narratives, speaker topics, messaging, and talking points.
