Join our internationally operating development company as our Senior Facility Manager. In this role, you will act as a key representative of our business, ensuring full oversight , control and accountability of facility management for our premium property in Berlin, Germany. You will report to the Property Manager and be in intense communication with our customers and also suppliers to guarantee a smooth operation of the building.

Technical Operations & Asset Stability
Responsibility for the technical condition of the buildings (MEP, BMS, life safety, energy systems) in cooperation with our external facility management company.
Proactive troubleshooting of complex technical issues and coordination of root-cause solutions.
Defects, Warranties & Post-Completion
Leading role in defects and warranty management following building completion or major refurbishments.
Technical assessment of reported issues, prioritization of corrective actions and supervision of their resolution.
Supplier & FM Provider Management
Technical leadership of external FM providers and key subcontractors.
Participation in tendering processes, definition of technical scopes, evaluation criteria and supplier selection.
Overseeing the performance of contractors and ongoing control of costs, compliance and delivered quality.
OPEX Management
Cost control, variance analysis and optimization of operational expenditure.
Identification of efficiency improvements while maintaining asset quality and user comfort.
CAPEX & Technical Improvements
Identification of CAPEX needs based on asset condition, lifecycle considerations and operational risks.
Preparation of technical concepts, feasibility assessments and budget estimates for CAPEX initiatives.
Active collaboration with involved parties in case of an insurance event in the premises.
Do you meet these criteria? You're already a strong candidate!
University degree in technical studies or similar
Relevant work experience as a Facility Manager for office buildings or similar of at least 5 years
Strong knowledge background in technical operations for buildings and related operations
Experience with supervision, budgeting, procurement and health and safety legislation is preferrable
A problem solving attitude with good communication skills and capability to work in an fast paced environment
Advanced MS Office skills and AutoCAD skills are a MUST
Fluent in both German and English language
