The Role - Your Passion

• Controlling: Ensure accuracy of monthly financials and develop controlling framework to support continuous development and professionalisation. Prepare budget vs actual analyses obtaining explanations for key drivers from the business.
• Reporting: Professionalize and adapt external reporting for capital providers, meeting monthly and quarterly submission deadlines (equity and debt investors such as banks).
• Business Partnering: Collaborate internally closely with the major business units at Roadsurfer, providing analytical and financial support for cross-functional projects.
• Forecasting & Budgeting: Supporting key decision makers in the business during the budgeting process. Preferred candidates feel confident to forecast key P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow areas, as well as contributing and enhancing 13-week liquidity projections.
• Project Work: Engage in various project-specific tasks such as process improvements and automation that require financial expertise and deep analysis.
  
  

What You Need To Ride The Wave With Us

• You have at least 3 years of experience in an internal finance role or financial consulting, ideally in the travel or mobility sector, or in another similar B2C business.
• Experience of working in a dynamic founder led / VC backed scale-up environment.
• You are a strong team player and collaborate with the Finance team and also cross-departmental.
• You love and create structure but also thrive in a dynamic work environment.
• Experience working with Lucanet is a plus.
• You are fluent in English both written and spoken.
