Head of Growth

We’re partnering with a category-leading mobile gaming company to appoint a Head of Growth.

This is a critical leadership role with full ownership of growth strategy across a large-scale, global games portfolio.

We’re looking for a commercially driven growth leader who combines strong analytical depth with creative thinking, someone who can scale user acquisition, optimise monetisation, and drive sustainable long-term growth.

Key responsibilities:

• Define and lead the global growth strategy across user acquisition, monetisation, and lifecycle
• Own performance marketing across key channels, driving efficiency and scale
• Partner closely with product, data, and creative teams to maximise player LTV
• Build and lead a high-performing growth team
• Drive experimentation, testing frameworks, and data-driven decision making
• Identify new growth opportunities across channels, markets, and product initiatives

Profile:

• Proven experience leading growth or performance marketing within mobile gaming or consumer apps
• Strong track record scaling user acquisition at significant budget levels
• Deep understanding of LTV, ROAS, and data-driven optimisation
• Experience managing and developing high-performing teams
• Highly analytical, with a strong commercial mindset
• Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments
