Job Title: Language Specialist – AI Training (Freelancer)

Location: Germany (Remote – Candidates must be based in Germany)

About the Role:

As a Language Specialist, you will play a vital role in training and enhancing Large Language Models (LLMs). This involves evaluating prompts, rating AI-generated outputs, and creating high-quality content to improve the accuracy, fluency, and cultural relevance of AI systems used by global technology leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate AI-generated prompts and responses for linguistic accuracy, coherence, and contextual relevance.
• Provide structured ratings and feedback on AI outputs, highlighting errors, biases, or inconsistencies.
• Develop, edit, and curate high-quality content for training datasets across diverse domains.
• Collaborate with linguists, annotators, and AI researchers to refine model performance.
• Ensure cultural and linguistic nuances are accurately represented.
• Follow established guidelines while also suggesting improvements for evaluation frameworks.

Qualifications:

• Strong written and spoken command of the target language, with excellent grammar and stylistic skills.
• Prior experience in content writing, editing, or evaluation preferred.
• Analytical mindset with keen attention to detail.
• Interest in AI, NLP, or LLMs will be an advantage.

There will be two assessments before onboarding you onto the project. This opportunity is well-suited for freelancers who understand workflow processes, as well as students looking to begin their careers in AI or machine learning.
