Quest Search is partnering with one of the fastest-growing US-based consumer brands, now expanding rapidly across Europe. We are seeking an experienced Director of Growth Marketing to lead their EMEA expansion from the front.

The Role

As Director of Growth Marketing – EMEA, you will lead the region’s full-funnel growth strategy, balancing performance marketing with brand storytelling. You will set the vision, define KPIs, and optimise acquisition, retention, and lifetime value across multiple channels, including:

What You’ll Do

• Lead and scale a high-performing growth team across EMEA
• Define and execute regional digital strategies with clear KPIs
• Partner with creative, product, and operations teams to align global campaigns with regional nuances
• Own budget, performance dashboards, and forecasting
• Build a test-and-learn culture to drive innovation and efficiency
• Represent EMEA in global forums, sharing local insights to inform broader strategies

The Person

• 8–10 years’ experience in growth or performance marketing, ideally with DTC eCommerce brands
• 3–5 years managing a high-performance team
• Proven success scaling brands across EMEA
• Strong analytical skills: attribution, cohort analysis, LTV modelling
• Hands-on expertise in digital channels and creative testing
• Experience managing significant marketing budgets with a clear impact on growth
• Fluent in English (German a bonus) and a strong collaborator
