In this role, you will take full responsibility for your projects, work closely with clients, and contribute to building efficient, scalable recruitment processes in a growing environment. You should feel comfortable working across different roles and, if open to it, expanding your expertise into new industries.
🔎 What You’ll Do
✔Manage the full recruitment lifecycle (360°)
✔Source and attract top talent via LinkedIn, job boards & direct search
✔Conduct interviews and assess candidates’ skills & cultural fit
✔Build strong talent pipelines and long-term candidate relationships
✔Collaborate closely with clients and contribute to business development
✔Manage recruitment processes, from briefing to offer stage
✔Provide market insights and ensure an excellent candidate experience
🎯 What We’re Looking For
✔ 2–5 years of experience in a staffing agency or recruitment consultancy
✔ Proven experience in 360° recruitment
✔ Strong sourcing & headhunting skills (LinkedIn expertise is a must)
✔ Experience in at least one sector: IT, Engineering, Finance, Healthcare, Sales, or BPO
✔ Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills
✔ Ability to work in a performance-driven environment
