Are you a data-driven FP&A professional looking for a new, exciting challenge? Camino Search is delighted to be partnering with a rapidly growing, Private Equity-backed Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) business that has recurring revenues exceeding €100m.

We are retained by the VP of Finance and Group CFO to support one (potentially two) Senior FP&A Analyst hires who will play a pivotal role in the next phase of growth for the business.

The Mandate:

• Own regional reporting, budgeting, forecasting and revenue modelling, ensuring accuracy and actionable insights for senior management with a focus on SaaS KPIs such as ARR, churn, CAC, NRR and GRR
• Analyse subscription trends, customer behaviour and sales performance to identify financial risks and opportunities, delivering recommendations that drive growth and optimise profitability
• Build and maintain financial models, business cases and dashboards using Excel and visualisation platforms to support new offerings, markets and business opportunities
• Partner with cross-functional teams and the central data team to deliver high-quality reporting, refine metrics and provide ad hoc financial analysis to support strategic decision-making

The Requirements:

• Master's degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field, with 5+ years of experience in Finance Business Partnering, Business Controlling or Consulting, ideally within subscription-based or SaaS businesses
• Strong knowledge of SaaS metrics (MRR, ARR, churn, CAC, NRR, GRR) and proficiency in Excel, ERP/CRM platforms and data visualisation tools such as Power BI, Tableau or Omni
• Analytical and detail-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently, manage competing priorities and maintain a strategic perspective under pressure
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with proven ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders across all levels of a global organisation; experience in fast-paced or PE-owned environments is a strong advantage
