The Universal Protein Resource (UniProt) is a comprehensive resource for protein sequence and annotation data. This data is available as RDF and queryable with SPARQL.

We provide a SPARQL endpoint at: sparql.uniprot.org. The RDF data is available for download.

SPARQL (the SPARQL Protocol and RDF Query Language) is a query language for RDF, a core Semantic Web technology from the W3C.

Users can query UniProt RDF data using SPARQL at the UniProt SPARQL endpoint.
