As of February 13, 2026, models GPT-4o, GPT-4.1, GPT-4.1 mini, OpenAI o4-mini, and GPT-5 (Instant and Thinking) have been retired from ChatGPT and are no longer available. API access remains unchanged.
ChatGPT Business, Enterprise, and Edu customers will retain access to GPT-4o within Custom GPTs until April 3, 2026. After April 3, GPT-4o will be fully retired across all plans.

Usage Limits
To ensure a smooth experience for all users, Plus subscriptions may include usage limits such as message caps, especially during high demand. These limits may vary based on system conditions.
Billing and Invoices
You can manage your subscription, view invoices, and cancel your plan by:
Log into ChatGPT
Click on your profile icon -> Settings
Select Account
Confirm that you're logged in with the same email address or single sign-on provider that was used to purchase your Plus or Pro subscription.
Troubleshooting: Charged but still on Free plan
If you were charged for ChatGPT Plus or Pro but your account still shows the Free plan, try the steps below:
Verify you are signed in with the same authentication method (Google, Apple, Microsoft, or email/password) that you used to subscribe.
If you used Sign in with Apple and selected "Hide My Email," locate the private relay email address in your Apple ID settings and use that to sign in.
On the iOS or Android app, go to Settings > Restore purchases to sync your subscription.
Log out of ChatGPT on all devices, then log back in using the correct account.
If the issue persists, contact us and include the receipt or the last four digits of the card that was charged so we can locate your subscription.
Canceling your subscription

Refunds
If you believe you were incorrectly charged or would like to request a refund, you can request a refund. Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after approval. Please ensure you're signed in with the same email address you used to purchase Plus or Pro when submitting your request.

Is there an annual plan available?
Currently, we do not support annual billing or the option to pay for multiple months in advance for ChatGPT Plus subscriptions.
Is there a ChatGPT Pro version?
We have an additional subscription option, entitled ChatGPT Pro.
Pro is a higher-tier plan that may include additional features, higher usage limits, or expanded access to premium tools.
