If you notice that stock have not updated to your channels then you can trigger a manual stock push in Veeqo. However, before you do so, please check that we are Master of Stock for your channels.

Triggering a Manual Push Per Single Products

If you noticed stock hasn’t pushed for a handful of your products then please go through the following steps -

  1. Go to the Inventory page.

  2. Click ALL to expand Location List (if you have multiple locations).

  3. Add 1 to the stock levels and then refresh the page.

  4. Change the stock figure back to it’s original number.

This will force a refresh of the stock. Your channel should update within 15 minutes.

Triggering a Manual Push for Multiple Products

If you notice multiple products are affected then you can update your stock levels through a CSV, please follow this guide for more information.

IMPORTANT: Please save a copy of the stock levels in a CSV. Once they have been updated in Veeqo, you cannot undo this and a new CSV would need to be uploaded.

Before you export the CSV, ensure that you select a location to download your stock levels from. Once you have exported the CSV please go through the following steps -

  1. Go to the total_qty field and add 1 to the stock levels of all products that are having the issue

  2. Once the changes have been made please import the CSV back into Veeqo

  3. Please wait 10 minutes for the stock changes to push to your stores

  4. Once the stock changes have been made, please go back to the Product CSV and change the stock figures back to it’s original number

NOTE: Please ensure that you update your stock levels in the CSV otherwise this will not work
