At Coupa, we believe that "giving back" isn't just a corporate responsibility, it is a core part of who we are. In partnership with “Nasscom Foundation”, we are ensuring that the next generation has the tools, the confidence, and the access to succeed in a digital-first world. 🚀 Empowering Future Leaders We kicked off the morning at our Coupa Pune office, hosting a talented group of students sponsored by Nasscom Foundation. It was more than just an office tour; it was an immersive dive into the world of tech and career readiness. Our team led deep dives into Tech Talks and Career Masterclasses focused on interview readiness and building a professional presence. We wrapped up with an open Q&A session where students asked insightful questions about industry readiness and corporate culture. 💻 Bridging the Digital Divide In the afternoon, we headed to a local Pune school for a milestone moment: the Inauguration of the Digi Lab, established through Coupa’s CSR efforts. This lab is designed to provide students with the essential tools and digital literacy they need to succeed in a modern world. Engaging with the students and teachers during the tour reminded me why these initiatives matter. We aren't just donating equipment; we are investing in dreams. We are delighted to share the successful launch of the DigiLab in Pune, supported by Coupa. This also marks Nasscom Foundation’s first initiative in establishing a digital lab—an important step towards creating stronger digital learning environments for young students and their communities. The launch was graced by Ankur Goyal, Chief Development Officer and GM India, Vish Mehta, HR Director, Coupa, Arpana Singhal, Neha Sharma and Ifrah Rasool from Nasscom Foundation. Through this initiative, one digital lab each was established in government schools in Bangalore and Pune. Over the course of one year, the intervention aims to reach 800+ students from Classes 6 to 12 through hands-on training in basic computer operations, #CyberSecurity and digital tools; 6 teachers through digital pedagogy training to help integrate technology and internet resources into everyday teaching; 100+ community members through digital awareness sessions; and 200+ community members through structured digital literacy training. By the end of the intervention, students are expected to be more digitally empowered, with enhanced access to learning opportunities and greater confidence to navigate the digital world. #DigitalLiteracy #CyberSafety #CyberSecurity #DigitalEmpowerment #TechForGood

Students qualify through AMO, SMC or SASMO before they even get here. Everyone on that stage has already earned their place, which means medals reflect genuine academic depth, not just participation. The progression: * 2025: 17 medals * 2026: 39 medals More than doubled in a single year. That doesn’t happen by accident. It reflects a deliberate shift in how we approach teaching. Our focus isn’t on drilling formulas, but on a structured approach where teachers guide students to think through problems, building clarity, independence and the ability to navigate multi-step challenges. Students are routinely placed in situations where the path forward isn’t obvious and taught how to begin anyway. Over time, that structure changes how students respond to difficulty. Hesitation gives way to curiosity. This year, that shift is reflected in the results. The curiosity, questions, and energy from the students made the session truly rewarding. I’m incredibly proud to share that we’ve partnered with Nasscomm Foundation to provide digital access and classrooms to schools in India. In today’s world, digital literacy is the ultimate equalizer. By providing technology and infrastructure to these bright young students, we aren't just giving them tools—we’re giving them a seat at the table of the future.
