Partnership Announcement: CareER and Intopia. Partnering to expand digital inclusion across Asia into Hong Kong!

We’re excited to announce a new partnership between CareER and Intopia. This new partnership brings together two teams who care deeply about inclusion, equity, and creating real change. Together, we’ll help Hong Kong organisations to build more inclusive digital experiences for everyone.

So, who’s CareER?

CareER is Hong Kong’s first not-for-profit organisation dedicated to empowering people with disabilities to transform their tertiary education into meaningful careers. Through career coaching, mentorship, inclusive job matching, and employer engagement, CareER is reshaping perceptions and opening doors for meaningful employment. They actively train, support, and transform workplaces across Hong Kong to be more disability confident.

Where does Intopia fit in?

That’s us! We help organisations across the globe build digital products that work for everyone. With deep expertise in auditing, training, inclusive research, and accessibility strategy, we are known for practical guidance and our friendly, responsive team.

Stewart Hay, Co-founder and Managing Director at Intopia, shares, “We’re excited to partner with CareER in our joint mission to create an inclusive digital world”.

Intopia’s services available to CareER clients include:

“Digital inclusion is fundamental to equal participation. This partnership is a meaningful step toward building more accessible digital spaces across Hong Kong and in the APAC region. While each of us can contribute individually, together we can make a greater impact on digital accessibility, extending our efforts across borders and into the broader community”, shared Walter Tsui, Co-founder and CEO at CareER.

We’re proud to be working with CareER to help make digital inclusion part of the way organisations think, design, and work, every day. It’s a win for digital accessibility in Hong Kong. We can’t wait to get started!
