Join us for Intopia’s next free webinar as we delve into why passing WCAG doesn’t always mean your product works for everyone.

Compliance is essential, but true accessibility comes from testing with real people. We’ll explore the gap between ‘compliant’ and ‘usable’, and how disability-led user research helps bridge it.

Hear real world examples, lived experience stories, and practitioner insights on why hands on testing with assistive technology users uncovers what checklists can’t.

Let’s move beyond the checklist and design for real people.

You’ll learn:

  • Why WCAG compliance is a starting point, not the finish line
  • The unique insights only real users can provide
  • Common usability gaps that remain in ‘compliant’ products
  • How to gain practical executive support for disability led research
  • How to recruit and collaborate with participants with disability respectfully
  • The business and brand benefits of going beyond compliance

Whether you’re coding, designing, managing, or setting the strategy, this session is for anyone shaping digital products and services.
