I set up my first website using WordPress 12 years ago by blindly following a tutorial and clicking the Next button, and placing it on some random free hosting service, when I didn't even know what HTML was. Still, it was a big deal for me back then, and probably the reason I decided to study Computer Science later on.

Years later, I no longer use WordPress, but I still feel like I need to maintain my own tiny space on the Internet. Especially in these moments of AI slop, I appreciate content written by humans even more. I'm not saying that my writing skills are better than those of AI, which is definitely not true, but I'm tired of seeing the same old phrase structures and lack of humanity.

That being said, I sometimes write blog posts here, mainly in Chinese. Most of them are non-technical, but some daily life contents.

Now: busy with finishing my master's thesis and finding new graduate position.
