Flexible Upskilling Network
The Flexible Upskilling Network (F.U.N.) Program equips youth seeking work with the skills, experience, and confidence needed to succeed in today’s job market. With hands-on projects and paid placement opportunities, FUN is designed to bridge the gap between talent and opportunity.
Our Skills for Success program provides junior employees and job seekers with core workplace skills and digital competencies to support the demands of a rapidly changing workforce.
Working in partnership with Magnet and funded by the Government of Canada, we provide career development resources to support paid opportunities in small-to-medium businesses—all in both official languages.
Driving innovation in critical industries such as energy, healthcare, and manufacturing through collaborative problem-solving and real-world challenges.
