There is no emergency department at St. John’s Rehab. Sunnybrook’s emergency department is located at our Bayview Campus at 2075 Bayview Avenue. In case of emergency, call 911.
TTC / Transit
The Toronto Transit Commission bus #42 departs from Finch subway station and drops off passengers at the end of the hospital driveway.

Parking
Parking for patients and visitors is located near the main entrance, or in our permit lots if applicable. Parking rates are effective May 1, 2025.
- Each 1/2 hour or less: $4.70
- Daily maximum: $23.65
Sunnybrook has implemented a new selection of discounted parking packages to align with the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care’s steps to make hospital parking more affordable for patients, their loved ones and caregivers. Pay-per-use parking packages are available for patients, their family members and visitors who frequently visit the hospital.

All passes include in-and-out privileges for a 24-hour period, and are usable any time for both consecutive and non-consecutive days. Passes are transferrable between a patient and their family member(s), their visitors/caregivers and their vehicles, for use by one vehicle per entry/exit. Passes expire one year from purchase date.
Patients and visitors can purchase pay-per-use passes through the Parking and Transportation Services Office, St. John’s Rehab, Horsfall Eaton Wing, near the main information desk.
Visitors must pay for their parking before entering the building by using the Pay by Licence Plate machines located near the parking spaces in front of the main entrance. These machines accept coins, MasterCard and Visa.
Visitors may also enter the permit lot on the east side of the campus toward the main entrance by taking a ticket. Visitors must pay for their parking ticket at the pay station located inside the hospital in the main lobby before exiting.

A bank machine can be found in the Agnew Lobby.
All service fees collected by the ATM machines are put toward the hospital.

Monday to Friday, 7:45 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Closed on weekends and statutory holidays.

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday – 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Wednesday – 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Friday – 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Saturday and Sunday – 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
The St. John’s Rehab gift shop offers:
- Personal care items
- Therapeutic devices and athletic wear
- Magazines, cards, giftware and snacks
Computers with internet access are located in the patient lounge on each patient care unit. A user account and password must be assigned. For account set-up, please call the IT Support Group at ext. 7060 and select option 1.
Patients can also access computers and internet at our Resource Centre located in the Horsfall Eaton Wing lobby.
Free, but limited, wireless access is available for patients and visitors for light surfing or checking e-mail. These services are only available in specific areas of the hospital, primarily in the Horsfall Eaton and Agnew Wings. Service will be monitored and controlled as required by policy or law.
