How do I access my W-2 or T4?

All 2025 Form W-2s will be available in your MyCast&Crew account on January 31, 2026. T4 forms will be available on February 28, 2026.

Steps for Classic Experience

Accessing Tax Documents

All W-2s and T4s from 2018-current are available on your MyCast&Crew portal.  If you don’t have a MyCast&Crew account, you’ll need to set one up on my.castandcrew.com.

Once logged in, click the Tax Documents tab to find your W-2 and T4 tax documents.
