You can change your Unity account email via id.unity.com by editing your email under My Account Settings, entering your password, and confirming the new address via email. The new email must not be linked to another Unity account. Issues may arise if you've changed emails five times or lost access to your current email. In such cases, contact Customer Experience with private info like organization name or purchase details for assistance. Unity and PlayStation emails must match for support and tools access.
| Note: If you misspelled your email address when creating a Unity ID, or you do not receive your confirmation email, contact the Customer Experience team. |
| Note: The new email address cannot be associated with another Unity account. |
