Great website and support is really there to help you the best they can! Truly recommend it! We tried to setup a custom server didn't work since it was compatible only for windows but they did their best!

Server.pro has been the best support ive had in years ive been using them since 2017 and they have always been there to help me with things that other platforms wouldnt, some of them have also rolled back things done that cant be undone by backups and even recently helped me with uploads, they are the best support ive had in the past 9 years of running a server.

Maybe not the cheapest option, but you get quality! Thank you server.pro for many years of good service and fast servers.

Server is so easy to use and upload plugins on, it's rlly laggy sometimes tho and that bothers a lot of people on my server. However I will not switch server hosters like ever. Price is affordable and the support tickets are amazing.

Their support team answered my question within an hour. I was pretty impressed with the snappiness of the response. They were not able to help unfortunately but they were very polite and explained the situation very clearly.

I was bummed to find out that they have updated their policy so you have to purchase a plan if you want to keep your world for any longer than 24 hours after it shuts down. I'm also somewhat frustrated that if you don't re-up the free server within 1 hour, every hour, it will lock behind that pay-wall and you will not be able to start your server, even on free mode, or access the world files, even to download them. The service is fantastic... Once you pay. It used to be much more user friendly at the free level and made purchasing it justifiable to the free users because they knew what was offered at the higher levels based on their experience with the free option. You don't get that now. I happen to know the service is good because I used it prior to this change. But I think it will reduce new customer numbers in the long run.

I was planning on using a performance server for one of my projects, but the project requirements changed and I had to ask for a refund. They were very nice and gave me my refund very quickly.

Better stats than other servers in similar price ranges, easy as pie to use, added another game for me BY REQUEST, and when they upgraded their rigs, they made the old servers CHEAPER.

The servers are great, support is fantastic and it runs smoothly on Minecraft. For sure the best hosting server ever. Great prices, comparing to other hosting services that offer cheaper prices but don't hold more than 6 players but here no you can get as much players as your resources let you.

The servers are pretty good, easy to configurate and the support team is great. You probably won't encounter issues but if you do, you can count on them. Also, the 3 day refund policy is actually respected which I liked
