How can I configure Forminator so that it only shows text?

    Hello

    I am using Forminator for applicant leads and page numbering.

    I want to configure the Forminator plugin so that only text is displayed, with no option for the applicant to enter any information.

    On page 5, the applicant should only be able to read:
    “Thank you for your application.”

    At the bottom, they should only be able to click “Submit.”

    They should not be able to enter anything.

    How can I do this in Forminator?

    Hi @cocomaricelli,

    By Page 5, I suppose it’s the Page Break you are using, and page 5 is the last page in the form. If yes, you could use an HTML field on page 5; it would only display text in such cases.

    If you are concerned about any sensitive information in the form, then you can duplicate your form, remove any sensitive information, and then export it.
