How can I “unassign” a Site for a Lince I purchased.

I’ve just purchased a new license for updraft plus and found that the license was assigned to inactive sites. Instead of using the new license on a new sites it was assigned to a two old non-existing sites.
At this point I cannot purchase any futher licenses, as they may also auto-assigned to inactive sites.
