No products have been selected -> instead products are selected

Hi,
I use the product order form of wpforms.In the email is “no products have been selected” shown (in german: Es sind keine Produkte ausgewählt).
But there are products selected in the email. Is this an error? Or can I fix it?
I use in the email template {order_summary}

Thanks for reaching out!
When you get a chance, please share a JSON export of the form so I can test on my end and advise. To do this, go to WPForms > Tools and click on the Export tab. In the Form Export section, select the form, and it will download a JSON file for you. Here’s a screenshot of the setting: https://a.supportally.com/IkXKnX.
In case it’s helpful, we also have a tutorial for this here (it includes screenshots, which I always find helpful).
Also, please share the link to the page where the form is embedded so I can test it directly on the front end.

This notice is only shown in the email in addition to the selected products. In the frontend of the form, there is this notice only shown, when nothing is selected.

Thanks for providing the form link and JSON export!
I imported your form on my own test site and submitted it, and the notification came through without any issues, as you can see in this screenshot: https://a.supportally.com/i/vi36Xr. I then submitted the form on your site and received a notification with “no products have been selected” displayed at the top of the summary.
Since the issue only happens on your site, it’s likely related to something specific in your site’s environment (such as a theme or plugin conflict).
When you get the chance, could you please try using the steps in WPBeginner’s detailed guide on troubleshooting WordPress to see if it helps resolve the issue?

With an debug Plugin I deactivate some plugins.
So I found the problem: WP HTML Mail – Email Template Designer
If this plugin is deactivate, the message isn’t shown in the email.

It looks like there might be a conflict between WPForms and WP HTML Mail—Email Template Designer, and deactivating that plugin seems to resolve the issue.
Based on this, I’d recommend either of the following options:
1) If feasible, deactivate this plugin on your site. Before doing this, it’s a good idea to create a backup of your site. If you don’t have a way do this yet, here are some recommended options: http://www.wpbeginner.com/plugins/7-best-wordpress-backup-plugins-compared-pros-and-cons/
2) Reach out to the plugin’s author/support team to share details of the conflict this plugin seems to be causing.
They’d hopefully be able to help!
