Making a presentation without PowerPoint is easy. Many people choose from various presentation software alternatives. Simply use any software or tool that lets you create, edit and arrange slides. One advantage of these tools is the capability to integrate more from your cloud storage services and social media feeds this way.
Compared to PowerPoint, Canva allows for more sophisticated designs without being tricky to use. The ready-made templates, the wide selection of fonts, and the handy drag-and-drop tool make Canva quicker to learn so you can get your presentation up and running faster.
The easiest way to import Canva to Google Slides is to click on the three dots on the top right corner of the editor screen, beside the Present button. Then, click ‘See all’ and select the ‘Google Drive’ icon. If it’s your first time converting a presentation to Google Slides, you will be asked to link your Google account. Follow the instructions and choose the drive folder where you want to save your presentation. A confirmation message will appear once your Canva presentation is fully uploaded.
Your presentation is first saved as a .PPTX file on your Google Drive account. Open the file, go to the File menu and select “Save as Google Slides” to edit on Google Slides.
