Canva for Campus licenses cost the same as Canva Enterprise. But, with Canva for Campus plans, all students get free premium Canva accounts. The threshold to unlock free student accounts changes based on the number of full-time students at the institution. This ensures equitable and fair pricing, no matter your institution's size. • Canva for Campus is for everyone in a higher education institution and provides access to our entire visual suite including presentations, whiteboards, documents, charts, video editing ,and so much more.
• Students and staff can create engaging visual content, whether it may be documents, presentations, videos, or reports.
• Faculty can deliver interactive lectures and reports with the power of video, whiteboards, and data storytelling. They can also share assignments with students via our integrations with key LMSs like Canvas, Blackboard, and many more.
• Administrators, marketers and other staff can streamline workflow and centralize knowledge for every group, team, and department on campus.
• Students can achieve their academic goals and develop critical skills for the future like design, data visualization, and visual communication.
  

We currently integrate with Blackboard, Google Classroom, Canvas, and Schoology and will soon integrate with Moodle and D2L, too. We also integrate with Microsoft Teams and Zoom.

Canva for Campus was built as an enterprise platform and has attained SOC2 Type II compliance and is ISO 27001 certified. These mean that, as an organization, we have the people, processes and systems in place to effectively identify, assess, treat and monitor our information security risks. It means that we aim to have security built into every facet of our operations, and that we strive to improve our security posture through a process of continuous improvement. By default, all content you post on Canva is private. All your private data is stored in systems that are only accessible via the Canva application. When you log in to Canva, we give your Canva account access to the private files. Your private designs can only be accessed by logging in to your account. Your private designs cannot be accessed by anyone that is not logged in to Canva, or anyone using a different account unless you share your designs.

You’ll have control over AI usage, SSO log-in, domain capture/scoped SSO, user consolidation in which you can flip the switch, and usage reporting on all accounts.
