Account Login Help If you forgot your username or password:

  1. Go to the home page and click Forgot Username/Password.
  2. Under Option 3, choose Retrieve Both.
  3. Select Individual, then click Next.
  4. Fill in your information and click Submit.

The system will either reset your account automatically or let staff know you need more help.
