I almost didn’t go. I was too tired. I thought, well I’ll just start getting ready and see if I end up out the door… A couple hours later I’m sitting in a seat at the Minetta Lane Theater, tears running down my face, listening rapt to the Poet Laureate of Newark’s breathtaking words about the voice performed to a live backing of solo guitar. That poem alone was worth coming out tonight! And on top of it I got to hear, see, and celebrate some of my favorite people reaching legend status. The Audible Narrator Hall of Fame 2026 ceremony was a great time. Thanks, Audible, for the invite and for putting together such a lovely event! I’m grateful to have been a part of it!
