Just back from a great few days in Barcelona attending Beyond’s Customer Advisory Board. Hard to believe this was already the fourth year. The event continues to improve, with a strong mix of strategic insight, product updates and genuinely useful discussions with other operators across Europe. A few highlights: - A deeper look into the evolving pricing algorithm and what is coming next Better understanding of cluster methodology, location data and event-driven pricing - Valuable conversations with like-minded businesses facing similar challenges - And not just work… a fantastic dinner, great company, and a glass (or two) of wine made for a very enjoyable evening as well. Following the conference, I have rolled out several new pricing enhancements across our portfolio. These should help us better protect long-lead revenue, optimise pricing daily, and respond more intelligently to market performance at an individual listing level. Encouraging to see how much user feedback is shaping the roadmap, and always a pleasure working with such a forward-thinking team. Looking forward to seeing the impact over the coming months.
