Earlier this month at Mobile World Congress 2026, our CEO, Karandeep Anand, was a keynote speaker and conducted a fireside chat with Natasha Lomas on "The Next Act of Entertainment" to discuss how we’re rewriting the playbook for immersive storytelling. Karan shared that as we develop the leading AI entertainment platform, we’re moving beyond our technical stack to build a hyper-personalized experience for 20 million users. Today, users no longer use our platform just for conversations with characters but instead to create entire worlds—using multimodal tools like image and video generation to remix and customize their own entertainment. LLMs are good at reasoning — but production systems need more than reasoning. We’ve been working on a Go-native agent SDK that adapts Claude Code’s agent patterns to a large-scale backend: typed tools, streaming execution, execution hooks, and failure-tolerant orchestration. This isn’t a chatbot framework. It’s infrastructure for agents that participate in real workflows — with cancellation, retries, audits, and UI streaming built in. For a platform handling over a billion queries a day, this is a critical milestone.
