Cincinnati City Council celebrated International Trans Day of Visibility March 31, raising a transgender flag underneath the American flag at City Hall. City Council Members including Anna Albi, Ryan James, Mark Jeffreys, Meeka Owens, Scotty Johnson and Vice Mayor Jan-Michele Kearney were seen watching the flag raising after an event in front of city hall with members of the LGBTQ community.
