We’re excited to welcome two new team members to CompassX Group! Daphne H. joins us as a Product and Program Leader. With over 15 years of experience in financial services and consulting, Daphne brings deep expertise in AI, automation, and business transformation. Her recent work in AI enablement will be instrumental as we continue helping clients turn emerging technologies into real business value. Outside of work, she’s passionate about weightlifting and is a proud dog mom to her Boston Terrier! We’re also pleased to welcome Katie Oldham as our Office Operations Manager, supporting our internal team. Katie brings a diverse background across recruiting, executive support, and operations, and previously ran her own professional organizing business - giving her a unique ability to build systems that keep our teams running smoothly. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, cooking, hosting friends, and spending time with family. We’re excited to have both Daphne and Katie on board - welcome to the team!

We’re excited to grow our Solution Owner team at CompassX! This role sits at the intersection of client leadership, delivery, and technology - with real ownership in shaping the problem through execution. Happy New Year! Our CompassX Group team is back to it after the holidays, starting by celebrating 3 of our team members and their recent CompassX anniversaries. 🎉 Ricardo has consistently delivered strong results across our QSR clients and, more recently, within capital markets, bringing adaptability, thoughtful problem-solving, and a client-first mindset to every engagement. His ability to shift contexts and continue delivering value speaks to his versatility as a consultant. Bryan has also supported our QSR clients across a number of key initiatives. Bryan is now channeling his passion for AI and automation with a client in the networking technology industry. His curiosity and drive to explore new technologies are helping clients unlock smarter, more efficient ways of working. Andrew is part of our Talent Acquisition team and plays a critical role in building CompassX from the inside out - partnering closely with teams to bring in exceptional talent at the right time to align with CompassX and our clients' needs. Please join us in welcoming Seth Cushing to CompassX Group! Seth is a seasoned technology leader with experience across healthcare, finance, aviation, retail, telecom, and government. His career highlights include developing a first-of-its-kind at-home pharmaceutical automation platform, contributing to major transportation and e-commerce projects, earning two patents in banking technology, leading one of Canada’s largest data migrations, and delivering the first statewide case-management system in the U.S. Based just north of LA, Seth will be supporting key clients across CompassX and helping mature and develop our capabilities. Outside of work, he enjoys fast cars and RV adventures with his wife of 15 years and their two dogs! We’re thrilled to have Seth on the team - welcome aboard!
