AI agents do not wait for your security team to catch up. They operate continuously, invoke tools, read and modify files, and move data at machine speed without human review. EDR sees system behavior, not data behavior. Legacy DLP fires on volume, not context. Browser and cloud tools are blind to anything running locally on a developer laptop. The problem is not that your tools are weak. It is that they were designed for a threat model that no longer exists. Cyberhaven put together a framework to help security teams govern agentic AI safely, built around three pillars: visibility, observability, and controls. Swipe through the carousel to see how they work together. Download the full whitepaper: https://lnkd.in/gg6E2zBm And join us on May 5 for the unveiling of Cyberhaven's latest platform advances, purpose-built for the agentic AI era. Data Loss Prevention (DLP) Software
Data Detection and Response (DDR) is a new, transformative approach to the protection of enterprise data and intellectual property, enabling organizations to address risk in ways that were never possible before. Legacy DLP tools rely on obsolete concepts like signatures (regular expressions) and network perimeters. DDR provides a fundamentally new approach based on big data graph analytics of all user interactions with data over time and across the enterprise.

By 2027, Gartner predicts 70% of CISOs in larger enterprises will consolidate how they address insider risk and data exfiltration. That window is shorter than it sounds. Security teams that wait for a breach to force the conversation will find themselves rebuilding under pressure. The ones moving now are aligning DLP strategy with business outcomes, not just compliance checkboxes. Gartner's Market Guide for Data Loss Prevention outlines exactly what that shift looks like: the differences between enterprise, integrated, and cloud-native DLP; how adaptive, risk-based controls reduce insider threats; and what a modern data security program actually requires. Cyberhaven reposted this
Big milestone for Cyberhaven! We're now available on all three major cloud marketplaces: AWS, Azure, and GCP. In my role, I spend a lot of time thinking about how customers actually buy, not just what they buy. Procurement complexity is real, in today's world even more so, and it can slow down even the most motivated buyers. Meeting the customer where they buy is important. And marketplace availability changes that. Customers can use existing cloud committed spend, simplify billing, and move through procurement faster without asking their teams to build new processes from scratch. For our partners: you can still lead and structure deals exactly as you do today. All listings support channel-led transactions. Very proud of the team for making this happen. If you're an enterprise evaluating Cyberhaven, let's talk. https://lnkd.in/g33vx7sG

Is your DLP built for the world of 2026? Sensitive data now moves across endpoints, SaaS apps, and AI tools faster than legacy controls can track. The endpoint is where real risk lives, and most security stacks aren't watching it closely enough. Join Cyberhaven on April 23 at 10 a.m. PDT to learn why endpoint visibility is where data security has to start. Ben Crocker, Senior Director of Product Management, will cover: ✅ The gaps cloud-only and network-based controls leave behind ✅ How data lineage separates real threats from false positives ✅ What AI-native DLP looks like in practice Save your seat: https://lnkd.in/gd--qBiN

Most organizations think they know where their sensitive data lives. They don't. Classified files on unmanaged endpoints, customer records in unsanctioned SaaS tools, and proprietary data flowing into AI with zero visibility. This is where breaches happen. Cyberhaven's DSPM maturity model gives you a clear, five-level framework to see where your program actually stands and what it takes to move forward. If you can't answer these today, you have a gap: 1️⃣ Where does your sensitive data exist, including endpoints and SaaS? 2️⃣ What are employees sharing with AI tools? 3️⃣ Are DSPM findings driving automated enforcement or manual ticket queues? Find out which level your organization is at and what it takes to advance. Read the full blog: https://lnkd.in/g7SuBrQP #DataSecurity #DSPM #AI #DataProtection

What a week for the Cyberhaven team! We've been out in full force connecting with partners and customers across the country and beyond. ⛳ Claire Jack, Renee Agonis, Jason Miller, and Cole Padula, MBA represented Cyberhaven at GuidePoint Security's 4th Annual Dallas Golf Tournament and Technology Showcase in Dallas, TX. A great afternoon of networking, conversations, and (hopefully) some solid drives on the fairway. 🏒 In Calgary, we grabbed our snow boots and beanies and headed up to watch the Flames lock in a W for their final game of the season. A huge thank you to Evolve Technologies for joining forces with Cyberhaven, Horizon3.ai, and Expel for a fantastic evening. We had incredible conversations around data security and how Cyberhaven protects sensitive information at its source by tracking how data is used, preventing insider threats, and securing AI and cloud environments. We're excited about our growing partnership with Evolve and the Calgary market. Anytime with this crew is a great time—David (Wood) Messerly, Chris Floyd, Elliott Goodrich, and Brent Smith! 🏙️ Gary Rutter, Andrew Hood, and Chris Tyrrell were in Chicago for GPSEC Chicago, diving into the latest in cybersecurity with some of the best minds in the industry. 🤝 And in Austin, TX, Cyberhaven had the privilege of hosting a core group of our partner Sales Engineers for an in-person technical session. There's something incredibly valuable about getting together face-to-face, diving deep into the technology, sharing real-world use cases, and collaborating on how we help customers better secure their data. A huge thank you to everyone who traveled to join this event: Cole Padula, MBA, John Loya, Dave Stuart, Wil Tranchell, Katie Rathbun, MBA, and James McCarthy. The conversations, energy, and insights made it a truly impactful few days. We're looking forward to building on this momentum together! Thank you to all of our partners and hosts for bringing together such incredible communities this week. We love every opportunity to connect, collaborate, and talk data and AI security.

AI agents don't wait for your security team to catch up. Endpoint-based AI agents grew 276% last year. Nearly half of all developers are now running desktop-based coding assistants with direct access to code repositories, credentials, and production data. Most security stacks were not built for any of this. The problem is not that your tools are weak. It is that they were designed for a world where humans were the primary actors, data moved through predictable paths, and risk had a detectable signature. Agentic AI breaks every one of those assumptions. We wrote this framework to help security teams get ahead of it. Inside the whitepaper you will find a breakdown of the six primary exposure areas enterprises face today, why EDR, legacy DLP, and browser extension tools all fall short, the three pillar framework Cyberhaven uses to govern agentic AI safely, and a five question readiness checklist you can use to assess your current posture right now. If you cannot answer yes to all five questions, there is a gap. And in agentic AI environments, gaps compound quickly. Download the full whitepaper here: https://lnkd.in/gg6E2zBm

Your DLP was built for data that stayed put. That data does not exist anymore. Sensitive information gets pasted into prompts, transformed by models, and returned as outputs that bear no resemblance to the original. Pattern matching cannot follow that transformation. File fingerprinting fails when content changes form. AI security is not a fourth product category to evaluate. It is the forcing function that reveals whether your existing stack is actually working. We broke down exactly what foundational AI security looks like and why getting the sequencing right matters just as much as the technology. https://lnkd.in/gFJXkDax #DataSecurity #AISecurity #EnterpriseAI
